Zach Davis: And here we are again, announcing for yet another Saturday Slam. It seems that they first one after The War is always one of the best, tonight is no exception.
Shannan Lerch: You're right. We have a huge main event, Gravedigger against Logan. These men have been on each other's minds for who knows how long, and finally, they're going to get it on.
Zach Davis: We also have our other two Titles being decided. Tonight should be action packed. Besides our next promo, it's a Seth Lerch one.. ugh. I get so tired of that man. Before we go to that, though, I'd like to announce that Scavenger of Sorrow has been injured recently. He may not be participating in WCF again any time soon. We'll see.
Shannan Lerch: Yeah, well maybe Seth gets tired of signing your pay checks. I'd shut your mouth if I were you.
Zach Davis: Well I-... Alright, good point.
Anger Rising by Jerry Cantrell plays, Seth Lerch walks out from behind the crowd. He greets the WCF fans with smiles, and they greet him with mostly booing. He sighs to himself as he walks to the ring, mic in hand. He steps in, and begins to talk.
Seth Lerch: And here we are. Saturday Slam. After yet another succesful War pay per view. I don't have the buyrate numbers in yet, but I'm sure every single TV in America was tuned in to watch it. And what did they see? They saw GRAVEDIGGER become the World Champion!
Pops for Gravedigger.
Zach Davis: Ever since Gravedigger won the Title, people have started to like him. I think it's out of respect.
Seth Lerch: They saw Logan... kick our World Champ's ass at the end of the thing, attacking him from behind.
Booing.
Seth Lerch: And I know someone who has something to say about that. Let's get him out here, shall we?
Short Fuse Burning by Less Than Jake plays, and Roger Mason walks out. He runs quickly to the ring, and as he gets in, Lerch hands him the mic.
Roger Mason: To be honest.. I'm a man of few words. So I'll make this short and sweet. Logan, what you did to Gravedigger ruined Lerch's War. It put a stain on the ending of the biggest PPV of the year. And besides that, you and I.. We have unfinished business. You beat me on the WCF show in 2002, and god damnit, I want revenge! So you know what? I'm going to be taking you on at Slam next week! Don't like it? Too bad! Your ass is MINE.
The mic goes back to Seth.
Seth Lerch: And there you have it. But I have another announcement, this one much bigger.
Shannan Lerch: This sounds juicy..
Seth Lerch: I'm going to announce the main event for Blast.. Mace. Hellz Angel. Logan. Gravedigger. What do all these men have in common?
Zach Davis: They're all former WCF Champions, for one thing.
Seth Lerch: They're all the winners of War matches. Mace won the first ever War, Hellz Angel the next, Logan the third, and Gravedigger this most recent. So I've decided to find out who the ULTIMATE War winner is. They'll compete in some kind of four-way match at Blast, but I'm going to reveal the rest of the details later. That's all for now, to quote a friend of mine.. nuff f'n said.
Anger Rising plays again, and Lerch and Mason begin making their way to the back.
Zach Davis: I don't believe that!! That match is going to be HUGE! Can you imagine those four men in the ring at once?! I mean, damn!
Shannan Lerch: You're shilling more than Tony Schiavone on his worst day. But, yeah, it's going to be great. I'm in awe as well.
Zach Davis: And who knows what stipulations will be put on this? Man..
Shannan Lerch: In any case, we have another four way match now. Prodigy vs Joltman vs Blaze vs Twizted Child!
Lights flicker a couple times, then they go out, Dragula plays, and a spotlight goes on as The Prodigy makes his way to the ring.
AC/DC's Hells Bells Begins to play, right after the 4th bell finish the stage explodes in pyros and as the music starts the Joltman walks out onto the stage as the smoke clears. He High fives anyone wearing black gloves on his way to the ring and ingnores anyone else. He traveles all the way around the ring making sure he high fives everyone that has a black glove around the ring, before jumping up on the ring apron, where he wipes his feet before entering the ring and starts testing the ring ropes.
Blaze's music hits and black lights go on as he runs out.
Twiztid Child walks out on the ramp with his intro playing. Red pyros shoot off then he runs down the ramp and slides in the ring.
Zach Davis: ...It's on!
The four men stand in their respective corners, and Blaze takes the initiative by attacking Twiztid Child. Seconds after that, Joltman attacks Prodigy. Blaze punches Twiztid in the head a few times before throwing him into the ropes and hitting a Spinebuster. Joltman is working over Prodigy more methodically, kicking him in the leg a few times before executing a Neckbreaker. Joltman then quickly floats over and covers him, but he kicks out. Blaze picks up Twiztid Child and does a Gorilla Press Slam. Twiztid rolls out of the ring, and Blaze turns his attention to Joltman. Joltman has just picked up Prodigy and Powerbombed him to the mat. Prodigy rolls out of the ring as well.
Zach Davis: In this match, the person that gets the first pin wins. It's not elimination.
Shannan Lerch: It might as well be, because it looks like it's down to Joltman and Blaze.
Joltman and Blaze look at each other for a second, and then tie up. Joltman pushes Blaze into the ropes, then throws him into the corner. Joltman kicks him a few times, punches him a few times, and lifts him up onto the turnbuckle. Joltman climbs up, looking to go for a Superplex. Blaze counters by grabbing his throat. They both get off the turnbuckle as Blaze chokes the life out of him, before hitting a Chokeslam. He then hits his Blazed finisher, and pins. Uno, Dos, Tres.
Zach Davis: It's over, Blaze has picked up the win!
Blaze raises his arms quickly in victory before going to the back.
The lights darken and Rob Halford's piercing voice is heard screaming "Can't... Stop... The... PAINKILLER!" and "Painkiller" hits the speakers. Hellz Angel walks out to a silent crowd as camera flashes go off and cigarette lighters turn on all around the arena. He makes his way to the ring and climbs in. He circles the ring and pushes himself off the ropes as the lights come back on.
The arena goes pitch black, Get Yourself Up by KRS One blares over the speaker, the Jumbotron has G.Killah slam through a wall and fades in and out with the beat of the music. A single spot light flys toward the entrance where jam his walking out with his normal walk and smile pumping up the crowd. He then runs toward the ring and smoothly sliding in the ring and bounces up and head toward where he throws up The E.L.E sign with his hands and the crowd goes nuts.
Zach Davis: Two of the biggest players in WCF in one ring in one match.. This should be good.
The two men lock up, but neither can get a clear advantage, and let go. They lock up again, and to the same result. Jam goes to lock up again but Hellz instead sends a forearm to his face and then throws him to the ropes. Hellz catches him and is about to hit a Powerbomb but Jam reverses it into a Hurricanrana! Jam then jumps to the top and hits a Bodysplash into pin. Hellz manages to kick out at 2. Both men get up, and Jam continues working away at Hellz, punching him down to the mat a few times. He then picks Hellz back up, but Hellz begins fighting back, punching Jam in the gut. He then throws Jam into the ropes again, and this time catches him in an Ab Stretch. As he's stretching him, he sends forearms across the front of Jam.
Zach Davis: Hellz viciously trying to tear Jam apart.
After about thirty seconds he hits Jam with a Reverse DDT. He then climbs to the top rope and signals for the Angel of Death, but Jam gets up before he can hit it and jumps up and hits a Top Rope Hurricanrana this time! Hellz goes down again. Jam drops a few quick elbows before picking him up and setting him up for the GaMeEnDeR. But as he's doing it Hellz slides out of it, and as Jam turns around Hellz kicks him in the gut and hits the Hellz Face!
Shannan Lerch: Good move by Hellz..
Hellz makes the pin. One two three. He wins the match!
Zach Davis: Good showing by Jam, that was close indeed.
Hellz walks to the back triumphantly.
Bad to the Bone hits, and out comes Road Rage! He runs to the ring and slides in.
Zach Davis: He has an advantage in this match I'm sure, coming off of War, where he beat Seth Lerch.
Shannan Lerch: Speaking of that, Lerch is probably still angry about losing to him. I wonder what revenge he has in mind.
Last Resort hits and the crowd goes estatic with excitement. They know when Cyrus comes out usually something is going to happen. He appears just as pyrotechniques que him in. He raises an arm and lowers it as the crowd rises. Cyrus walks down the ramp towards the ring. He walks to the side and runs up the stairs. He climbs up the turnbuckle and raises and arm.He climbs over and walks in the middle of the ring. he stands in the middle of the ring and tosses his coat to a ring-side attendant. He hops around to loosen up for the carnage that is about to appear in this ring.
The lights go out all of a sudden and "Symphony of Destruction" hits. The fans erupt as it plays. It plays for about 30 seconds showing clips on the Jibbatron of Dragula beating numerous of people. A ring of fire then appears on the stage and Dragula rises up from below in the middle of it. He then heads down to the ring.
Break Ya Neck by Busta Rhymes hits and Rush walks down the ramp with a water bottle in his hand. He takes a sip by the ring then throws it down. He hets up on the turnbuckle and raise his arm. He then climbs down, and the bell rings.
Shannan Lerch: This is No DQ, it could get wild.
All four men look like they're about to attack each other, but at the same time, they all scramble out of the ring and go looking for weapons underneath of it. Cyrus pulls out a bat, Road Rage pulls out a stop sign of all things, Dragula gets a singapore cane and Rush gets a steel chair.
Zach Davis: Each man is armed and dangerous, this could be interesting.
All four get back in the ring, and realize that the others had just gone to get weapons too. They hesitate for a second, wondering what to do, but Road Rage quickly hits Rush over the head with the stop sign! Rush goes down, and Road Rage jabs him with it again. Cyrus uses this distraction to hit Drag in the back with the bat. Drag falls to the mat, and Cyrus sets the bat down. He then picks Drag up and punches him a few times, before grabbing him by the throat and tossing him out of the ring!
Shannan Lerch: What power shown by Cyrus.
Road Rage has set his stop sign down on the mat, and Bodyslams Rush onto it. Rush clutches his back and Road Rage stomps on him a little bit. Cyrus then grabs R.R. from behind and locks him in a Full Nelson. He then follows up with the Full Nelson Slam. Cyrus covers R.R., but he kicks out at 2.
Zach Davis: Close.. but not close enough.
Cyrus then picks R.R. up, but R.R. low blows him.
Zach Davis: Well that was dirty.
Shannan Lerch: But completely legal in a hardcore match!
Road Rage then backs up and hits a Super Kick. Cyrus goes down, and R.R. walks over to get Cyrus' own bat. He then starts hitting Cyrus with it!
Zach Davis: Road Rage adding insult to injury here.. weak.
Road Rage continues to pummel Cyrus, and then he picks him up. He puts Cyrus in position and signals for the Rager Edge, but he is met from behind with a lead pipe!
Shannan Lerch: What the-
Road Rage falls down as Roger Mason holds his pipe in the air, laughing. He then walks to the back again. Cyrus picks Road Rage up and executes his The Virus finisher, sending Road Rage on top of his own stop sign! Cyrus pins, and...
Shannan Lerch: We have a Hardcore Champion! And Lerch has sent Mason to get his revenge!
Zach Davis: That's why he put Road Rage in the Hardcore Title match in the first place, he wanted a No DQ match to humiliate him.
The ref makes the count and the bell rings. Cyrus is handed the Hardcore Title. He holds it in the air as he walks to the back.
Zach Davis: Cyrus is, once AGAIN, the Hardcore Champ. He was the first and only one to win the belt in the last version of WCF as well. Congrats to him. Next up, tag team action... the oh so loveable duo called the Monster Squad vs Mace and Jax!
The theme from Friday the 13th plays.
Zach Davis: I'd like to take this time to remind you that WCF Blast is presented by the movie Freddy vs. Jason, in theaters August! It looks like it's going to be great.
Shannan Lerch: I get so scared at horror movies.. Maybe you and me could go, Zachy? I need someone to cuddle with when I'm scared.
Zach Davis: ....
The Hacker and The Creeper run out and slide into the ring.
Mace as always has the strobe lights flashing and then two spot lights focus in on him and Jax as they make their way to the ring with utmost arrogance.
Zach Davis: Talk about cocky.
Shannan Lerch: You make me so horn-
Zach Davis: Stop it.
Mace and Jax get into the ring, and taunt the Monster Squad. The bell rings, and the match starts off with Jax and The Hacker.
Zach Davis: This should be interesting indeed.
The two lock up, and Jax pushes Hacker down to the mat, laughing. Hacker gets right back up, and pushes Jax. The two get serious looks on their faces as they stare at each other, and Hacker goes for a punch, but Jax ducks it and follows up with a DDT. He then starts kicking away at Hacker mercilessly. Creeper goes to get in the ring to stop it, but Mace climbs in and him and Jax both start stomping on Hacker! As soon as the ref looks back Mace gets out of the ring.
Zach Davis: Low down tactics by Mace and Jax, as usual.
Shannan Lerch: Yes, but effective. Very effective.
Jax picks Hacker up, and hits a Snapmare. He tags in Mace, and they both Dropkick his head at the same time. Jax goes back to the apron and Mace picks up Hacker. He grabs him by the throat, going for a Chokeslam, but Hacker punches him a few times and manages to get the tag in to Creeper. Creeper comes in and Clotheslines Mace down. Mace gets up and then Creeper hits a Piledriver! He pins, hooking the leg...
Zach Davis: We could have an upset here.
No! Mace kicks out. A slight groan rings throughout the arena, the audience wanted to see Mace lose. Creeper picks Mace up, but Mace punches him in the face and gets in position for the Mace Drop, but Creeper pushes him off and into the ref! The ref goes down, nearly unconcious. Creeper turns Mace around and Mace again goes for the Mace Drop, and hits it. He pins, but the ref is still out. He gets angry and gets up, trying to revive him, when out of nowhere Hellz Angel spins him around and hits the Hellz Face!
Shannan Lerch: Oh my God! What is Hellz doing?
Zach Davis: He has unfinished business with Mace... And after Lerch's announcement, more is at stake than ever.
Hellz then throws Creeper on top of Mace. The ref wakes up, and 1... 2... 3.
Zach Davis: UPSET!!!
Shannan Lerch: Monster Squad has defeated Mace and Jax!
Jax gets into the ring, furious, as Hellz walks up the rampway smiling. Monster Squad then begins leaving, raising their arms in victory.
