Tag Title Match: Neo/Cradle vs DKX
Rock of Ages by Def Leppard hits, and Slam is on the air! The crowd roars as the pyro goes off and we go around the arena before arriving at the announcers booth.
Zach Davis: Hello fans, I'm Zach Davis, and I'm back on Slam.
Shannan Lerch: And I'm Shannan Lerch: We have an action packed night tonight, as usual.
Zach Davis: The Tag Team division has been one of the most competitive divisions of WCF since it began. But somehow DKX managed to defend those Titles against ALL comers, and I mean ALL comers. No one could take the belts off these guys.
Shannan Lerch: But tonight, our NEW World Champion, Neo, teams up with the Number One Contender, Cradle, to see if they can get those Tag Titles away from the deathgrip that is The Elite.
Zach Davis: If you thought the Neo vs Elite feud was going to be over after One, apparently you were mistaken. It's going to be an amazing matchup.
Shannan Lerch: We have a Television Title match for you, pitting Creeping Death against Portal against Bishop against the Champ, Alec Spade. We know Portal and Bishop are mainly Tag Team wrestlers, and Creeping Death is normally an extreme style match wrestler, but put them all in one match and Spade may be in trouble.
Zach Davis: We'll have an Elite Title match with Logan, of all men, taking on Jason Tilley. If Tilley can defeat Logan tonight, it will cement his place as a true main man in WCF. But at the same time that has to be a huge blow to Logan's ego. If Logan wins, however, he gets the Elite Title. It should be a very interesting matchup.
Shannan Lerch: And in our opening match, Erik Majors is taking on the Gayfather. At One, Gayfather pulled X's pants down, making his 'grand' return. Majors has yet to find a win here in WCF, maybe tonight will be his night.
Zach Davis: Let's see!
The entranceway fills with smoke and dry ice. Erik Majors pops up from out of nowhere, not unlike that of a Marine Sniper or Navy Seal. He methodically walks to the ring. When the lights return, we see a large survival knife stuck in one of the four corner ringposts, to show he means business.
Somebody hit the lights
Two spotlights circle the audience, changing color. As they do so they come to rest on Gayfather who dances to the ring. Rainbow Brite holds the ropes open while Gayfather does the diva entrance.
Zach Davis: Ew. I sure didn't miss seeing that.
Shannan Lerch: I kinda did. He has a nice-
Zach Davis: Shut it.
Majors and Gayfather circle each other, and Gayfather goes to tie up. Majors backs up, almost scared to get anywhere near Gayfather. Gayfather kinda just laughs.
Shannan Lerch: I don't envy Majors.
Majors motions to Gayfather to hold on, and he grabs a mic from ringside.
Erik Majors: I'm a former Marine. I deserve more respect than to be put in a match with this man, this disgrace. I'm not going to wrestle tonight. Give me a loss, see if I care-
Gayfather rolls Majors up from behind, and the ref counts. One! Two! Three!
Zach Davis: Gayfather wins! Ha! Majors should have wrestled instead of talking!
Majors gets up, and looks angry. He's about to attack Gayfather, but then picks the mic back up.
Erik Majors: ...You're not worth it.
Majors rolls out of the ring, and heads to the back. Gayfather dances a bit in the ring, and suddenly from behind X Rated runs and hits the X-Plicit!
Shannan Lerch: Ahh!
Zach Davis: What the?... Damn X-Rated, what's he doing out here?!
X kicks Gayfather a few times, and then leaves the ring, laughing, and we can see him mouthing "pathetic". We then see an advertisement for X-Rated's newest movie.
As we come back to Slam, Gayfather walks into X’s locker room and gets in his face. After a few tense seconds of confrontation, he speaks.
Gayfather: That wasn’t very nice.
X turns to Dake and lets out a little laugh.
X Rated: Nice? Who the hell do you think you’re talking to kid?
Gayfather: A mean.. poop head.
X Rated: I’ve been called many things in my career. But never a poophead.
Gayfather: Well that’s what you are. A poophead.
X Rated: .....Children’s hour is over. Go home to mommy, junior. I’m not reading you a story.
Gayfather: You’ll be sorry.
X Rated: Is that a threat?
Gayfather: Santa doesn’t reward naughty little girls and boys.
Dake Ken: AHAHAHAHAHA. X LIKES to sit on Santa’s lap.
X Rated: SHUT UP! Oh no, Santa Claus won’t visit me?
Gayfather: Nope.
X Rated: Easter bunny will probably skip me over too?
Gayfather: Probably.
X Rated: GOOD. Cause they don’t exist. And I don’t care. Only morons believe in Santa nad the Easter Bunny. Or tap dance in the ring. Or outside the ring. Or try to pretend thy’re a wrestler when they’re not.
Gayfather: Or an action star?
Dake Ken: Damn. That was col... horribly accurate.
X Rated: Grr, listen here....
Gayfather: You’re a very angry person. Why? Cause Goodwill was out of your favorite color?
Dake falls off his chair laughing.
Dake Ken: Stomach.... hurts... so... bad. Owned... so... much.
X Rated: Out?
Gayfather: But.....
X Rated: Out!
Gayfather: Are you mad cause your last movie got a bad review?
Dake Ken: He doesn’t stop! AHAHAHAHA. ALL his movies got bad reviews.
X grabs Dake and throws him out too. He slams the door behind them
Dake Ken: Aw, come on, don’t be like that.
We fade out before going back to the arena.
The lights in the arena dim blue, and a loud echoing gun shot is heard. Drums start pounding, and Metallica's "The Struggle Within" blasts out over the speakers. Logan steps through the curtains, looking around to a screaming crowd which repeatedly chants his name. Logan smiles, finally appreciating the fans he's spit on the last four years. Logan slowly walks down the ramp, flexing his shoulders and arms a bit, before sliding into the ring. Logan paces around looking at the crowd as the lights in the arena go back to normal, and the music cuts.
Smack My Bitch Up by Prodigy starts, and Jason Tilley comes out wearing the Elite Title. He walks slowly down the ramp and slides in the ring. He sits in the corner.
Zach Davis: Notice that he didn't have that cart full of weapons. Pretty useless in a match with actual rules.
Logan and Tilley stare each other down for a few seconds before approaching each other. They lock up. There is a brief struggle, and Tilley puts Logan in a Headlock. Logan pushes Tilley off, runs at him, and hits a Shoulderblock. Tilley goes down to the mat. Logan then runs to the ropes, bounces off, and goes for an Elbow Drop. Tilley rolls away at the last second. Logan stands and Tilley hits a Low Blow!
Shannan Lerch: Ouch. I can't say I'm too hurt to see Logan get that, he deserves it.
Zach Davis: No he doesn't. NO man deserves that.
Logan holds his "Jumbo hot dog of Treachery" and falls to the mat, kicking his legs. Tilley stomps him a few times, staying on the attack. He then applies a Camel Clutch.
Shannan Lerch: That's how you beat Logan, by staying on the offensive.
Logan yells a bit, and reaches towards the ropes. He's unable to get to them at first, but within a few minutes, reaches and grabs them. The ref forces Tilley to release the hold. Jason picks Logan up and kicks him in the gut, getting him in position for the Powerbomb.
Zach Davis: I'm surprised, this match has been all Jason Tilley so far.
Logan reverses it into a Back Bodydrop!
Shannan Lerch: You spoke too soon, Zach.
Logan then drops a quick elbow on Tilley before hitting him with several well placed kicks. Tilley slowly stands up and is met with a kick to the gut followed by a Single Arm DDT! Logan pins.
Zach Davis: We could have a new Elite Champ!
One... two... No, Tilley kicks out.
Shannan Lerch: Wrong again, Zach.
Logan kicks Tilley's legs a few times, and then applies an STF.
Zach Davis: An uncharacteristically slow match by both competitors... kinda nice to see amongst the current style of wrestling around here.
Shannan Lerch: Anyway, that STF is a great setup for the Loganshooter later on.
Tilley crawls towards the ropes, and he, too, is able to reach them. The ref forces Logan off. Logan goes right back on the attack, kicking Tilley a few times. He picks Tilley up and knees him in the gut. He then bounces off the ropes, goes for a Scissors Kick, and Tilley sidesteps it. He grabs Logan and hits a quick Piledriver! He then makes the pin. One... two... no, Logan kicks out.
Zach Davis: So close!
Tilley kicks Logan a few more times and then begins to climb the top rope. He gets to the top...
Shannan Lerch: High risk move coming up from the Elite Champ!
Logan is on his feet before Tilley can fly off, and he quickly punches Jason a few times, momentarily dazing him. Logan then climbs up and hits a Super Belly to Belly Suplex! Both men lay on the mat.
Zach Davis: Logan just needs to crawl over and make the pin!
And Logan eventually does just that. He throws his arm over Tilley...
One...
Two...
No, Jason kicks out.
Shannan Lerch: Hey, look towards the entrance way.
Dake Ken and X Rated, the Tag Team Champions, have stepped out. They're walking down to the ring.
Zach Davis: DKX here to help out their Elite buddy.
Jason waits for Logan to stand up, raising his hand in the air, about to apply the Gag. Logan runs around, Jason lunges forward, and Logan steps out of the way. Jason quickly turns around and Logan throws him into the ropes. He comes back, Logan kicks him in the gut, and hits the High Impact Style!
Shannan Lerch: Logan has it won!
Logan pins Tilley. The ref counts.
One!
Two!
No! Jason's foot is on the ropes!
Zach Davis: Did you see that? X Rated put his foot there!
Indeed, X Rated quickly moves away now, so the ref doesn't notice. Logan yells at him, pissed. He then turns back to Jason, who hits another Low Blow!
Shannan Lerch: I don't know why that hurts Logan, he never had any balls.
Jason then throws Logan into the ropes. He goes for a Clothesline but Logan ducks it, Jason then runs to the other side of ther ring, both Logan and Tilley run at each other, and Logan locks in a Sleeper. He then hits the Connector!
Zach Davis: Logan connected with the Connector!
Logan pins once again.
One...
Two...
Dake Ken and X Rated both hit Elbow Drops onto Logan, breaking up the count. The ref signals for the bell.
Shannan Lerch: Logan wins, via DQ. Jason keeps the belt!
Dake Ken, X Rated, and Jason Tilley all stomp Logan, beating him down. Jason instructs them to back away, and they do. They let Logan stand up, and Tilley runs at him and strikes him with the Elite Title! Logan collapses to the ground, busted open. The Tag Team Champions laugh, and roll out of the ring, heading to the back. Tilley stays inside and continues to kick at Logan.
Zach Davis: Tilley just won't let up!
Jason pins Logan, and counts the one, two, three himself.
Shannan Lerch: TILLEY WINS! TILLEY WINS! TILLEY WINS!
Zach Davis: You know as well as I do that that isn't official.
Suddenly Hate runs out from the back. He has a chair. Jason looks up, smiling to himself, and goes back to kicking Logan.
Shannan Lerch: I think Hate is here to help Tilley. They've really grown to respect each other.
Hate rolls into the ring, and raises the chair above his head, ready to hit Logan.. and hits Jason instead! Jason goes down and rolls out of the ring and the fans roar.
Zach Davis: This started as Logan vs Jason Tilley, but it's completely broken down. I don't know what's going on.
Logan rolls out of the ring, and begins walking to the back, barely knowing what happened. Hate is about to leave, but Anger Rising hits. Seth Lerch steps out.
Shannan Lerch: Yay Seth!
Zach Davis: What does HE want?
Seth Lerch: HATE! What in the HELL do you think you're doing? Helping Logan?! That's not a good career move. He'll stab you in the back, and I'll stab you in the front. He's my enemy, and so is anyone that helps him.
Hate: I wasn't helping Logan, I just wanted to attack Tilley. Lerch, I'm tired of you and your shit. You're the reason I lost the Hardcore Title, and that sucks. Screw you. I'm out. I need a break. But when I get back... watch your back. I'm coming for you.
Seth Lerch: Fine! I have enough jobbers, I don't need you here too. Get out of my ring!
Seth storms to the back, and Hate smiles and leaves.
Shannan Lerch: Wow.. well.. I'm glad that's all over.
Zach Davis: I pity Seth when Hate comes back.
The lights go out as the crowd cheers in anticipation. A few seconds later, "Swinging the Dead" by Devildriver hits, and a white light begins flashing through the darkness. When the song really picks up, about twenty seconds into it, Creeping Death walks out onto the stage, wearing a shiny steel hockey mask. The light continutes to flash as Creeping Death walks down the aisle. When reaching the ring, Creeping Death slides in under the bottom rope. Inside, he gives the whole metal \m/ sign with both hands in the air before he takes his hockey mask off and places it under a set of turnbuckles.
Therapy by Finger Eleven hits, and Allen "Portal" Bartsch walks out from the back, heading to the ring.
Shannan Lerch: He's not accompanied by Suicide. Looks like he's going to do it on his own.
The sound of drums is heard and the arena goes dark. A light follows Bishop to the ring. He's accompanied by Priest.
Zach Davis: Maybe that says something about these teams. I know Suicide seemed at least a little jealous.
The opening guitar riffs to Aerosmith's "Dream On" are heard loud and clear over the PA system. The lights in the arena dim until the whole place is completely dark. We listen as Steven Tyler begins to belt out the opening lines of the song.
"Every time that I look in the mirror.. All these lines in my face gettin' clearer.. The past is gone; It went by like dusk to dawn.. Isn't that the way?.. Everybody's got their dues in life to pay"
Three large explosions occur around the entryway as Alec Spade, clad in his plain black wrestling pants with the white spade on the left thigh, emerges from behind the curtain. The Television Title is strapped around his waist. He stands in the smokey entrance way for a moment and then begins to make his way towards the ring, looking around at the fans in disgust, occasionally making a rude comment to one of them.
Dream on, dream on, dream on, Dream yourself a dream come true.. Dream on, dream on, dream on, Dream until your dream comes true.. Dream on, Dream on, Dream on, Dream on, Dream on, Dream on, Dream on..
Spade hops up on the ring apron and then springboards himself over the top rope into the middle of the ring.
Shannan Lerch: Here's the TV Champion, with one of WCF's most impressive entrances.
All four men stand in their corners as the bell rings. They approach, and all four stand in the middle, staring at one another. Spade makes the first move, punching Creeping Death down, but Portal and Bishop quickly attack him, sending him to the ground. Creeping Death is soon up as well, and he joins in on the beatdown.
Zach Davis: Everyone's going after the Champ. Spade's going to have to really show what he has to pull a victory out of this.
Spade is eventually able to roll out of the ring to safety. Bishop and Portal then turn their attention to Creeping Death, and hit a Linked Clothesline, sending him down.
Shannan Lerch: I'm kinda surprised to see Portal and Bishop working as a team. I wonder what's up.
Bishop picks C.D. up and throws him out of the ring as well. He then turns back to Portal. The two approach, and tie up.
Zach Davis: I think it was a respect thing. They want to go at it one on one, without Spade and Creeps there to bother them.
Bishop outpowers Portal, and pushes him away. Portal runs at Bishop, they tie up again, and again Portal gets pushed away. APB runs at him one more time, but this time he slides under Bishop and hits several forearms to his back. He spins Bishop around and hits a Snap Suplex before floating over for the pin. One... two.. kickout.
Shannan Lerch: It takes more than that to keep Bishop down.
Portal picks Bishop up, but Bishop starts fighting back, punching Portal a few times. Portal stumbles back and Bishop Headbutts him before hitting a Russian Legsweep. Bishop then makes the pin.
Zach Davis: Could have a new Champ.
One... two... another kickout. Spade is back in the ring back now, and he's behind Bishop. He quickly rolls him up, one, two, no! Bishop stands and goes to Clothesline Spade down, Spade ducks, goes for another rollup! One, two, no! Bishop gets up again, Spade runs to the other side of the ring, and goes for a Flying Headscissors, but Bishop sidesteps it. Spade then kicks Bishop in the gut and hits a DDT.
Shannan Lerch: Good exchange of offense there.
Spade covers Bishop. One... two.... Creeping Death flies off the top and hits a Guillotine Legdrop on Spade, breaking it up. Creeping Death picks Spade up, but Spade knees him in the gut and hits a Scissors Kick. He then climbs the turnbuckle and hits the Lights Out!
Zach Davis: Spade has it, he's going to retain!
Before he can pin, Portal runs at him and Clotheslines him, sending both men over the top rope, and leaving Bishop and Creeping Death in the ring. Bishop is up, and he picks Creeping Death up and Powerbombs him. He then picks him up and Powerbombs him again.
Shannan Lerch: That's the Last Sermon!
Bishop pins Creeping Death.
One!
Two!
Three!
Zach Davis: New Television Champion!
The ref hands Bishop the belt, and he raises it high in the air. Priest gets in and celebrates with him. Spade looks in the ring from the outside, horrified, wondering what happened.
Shannan Lerch: You have to consider that an upset. Bishop is normally a tag wrestler, and, wow... well, he deserves it.
Bishop rolls out of the ring, and begins heading to the back with his brother.
Tap dancing noises...
So we can rock it day and night
More with a drum...
People gettin' down, that's right
More drum...
