World Title: Biohazard vs Skyler Striker

Sunday Slam Intro

Sitting by M83 plays as Slam comes on the air! The fans roar, holding up signs such as "Bring Back Jones, Biggs and Jack!" "We Want PC Cradle," "Madd Dogg = Ratings," and "Sasha, Marry Me." We go ringside to Zach and Shannan.

Zach Davis: Greetings fans, welcome to Slam. We've got a great show for you tonight, four high quality matchups.

Shannan Lerch: That's right. We have a Title Match in our main event, featuring Biohazard up against Skyler Striker.

Zach Davis: Skyler Striker is the man of the hour. He returned out of nowhere at Payback, winning a Title Contendership Battle Royal... dressed as Biohazard. The fans went CRAZY when he unmasked and used his shot to defeat Jack of Blades.

Shannan Lerch: And now Jack is gone and Striker's reign begins.

Zach Davis: We have a great, great four way match between Thunder, Bobby Cairo, Danny Vice, and Mike Ragnal. These are four men that are on the very edge of breaking through to the Title scene. Cairo, of course, is a former World Champ himself.

Shannan Lerch: It has been rumored that this match will have some special significance, I wonder what it might be. Contendership match, maybe?

Zach Davis: We DO have a contendership match for sure, and that is for the Tag Titles. We have a new team here, Reckless Jack and Jay Williams. They're taking on Team NCW and the Red River Mafia.

Shannan Lerch: It'll be interesting to see how the Red River Mafia wrestles here, given Boone's agreement with Team Xtreme. He said he'd have their backs throughout their Title reign.

Zach Davis: And speaking of Team Xtreme, in our opening match they'll defend the Titles against the unlikely team of Logan and Creeping Death, two WCF Icons if there ever were any.

Shannan Lerch: But first, I believe we're going to hear from someone...

Skyler Striker Segment

“Deadly Game” by Theory of a Deadman hits the arena.

Zach Davis: Where did we first hear that music?

The crowd are silent for a few seconds and then a few fans catch on.

Shannan Lerch: Someone new?

Zach Davis: Actually, someone quite well-known! Look!

At the entrance ramp, with red spotlights surrounding him, is Skyler Striker, World Title around his waist. The crowd EXPLODE as Striker soaks in the glory and cheers from his crowd. He walks onto one end of the stage and the crowd on that side cheer wildly, and does the same with the opposite side. Striker holds the belt high in the air, standing in the middle of the stage, torn red pants and wearing a black shirt with a white heart, vines twisting through it. He turns around and it reads ‘Ace of Hearts’. Striker grins again and walks down to the ring, sliding in and standing tall as pyro goes off around him, a red glitter covering everything in sight.

Zach Davis: Not sparing anything for the victory celebration!

Shannan Lerch: IT’S IN MY HAIR!!!

Striker holds the title high and the crowd cheer like crazy as the music fades. Striker is handed a microphone and he pauses as the crowd chant enthusiastically ‘Striker, Striker, Striker!’. Eventually, the crowd quiet down as he speaks.

Skyler Striker: What more needs to be said about Payback? I defeated quite possibly the best World Champion this company has ever had. Full stop. I am now the number one, the top card, the Ace of Hearts. Skyler Striker is the name to talk about. But I’m not out here to brag. I’m out here to talk about Timebomb.

The crowd cheer briefly at the mention of the WCF’s next PPV.

Skyler Striker: Now, let’s run down a list of competitors. Creeping Death. Logan. Thunder. Danny Vice. Bobby Cairo. Davey Boone. That’s it. Now, right before your eyes, I am going to handpick my first challenger at Timebomb. Seth Lerch has given me the power to pick my competitor, so I guess I’ll run down the competition. Creeping Death and Logan... it’s been done. Bobby Cairo? Well, I beat him down at War. Which leaves Thunder or Vice.

Zach Davis: Striker is literally going to pick either the man who took his Hardcore Title or the man who he has fought with for almost a year?

Shannan Lerch: That’s so biased!

Zach Davis: Well, what Seth says, goes.

Skyler Striker: Now, Vice... Vice is busy with an object of some value that used to belong to me. Vice knows me inside out. Thunder? Thunder doesn’t know me as well, but has been Tag Champion with me. And, of course, I still owe him back for taking me out of commission for two weeks and for taking the first title I ever had. Who to choose, who to choose...

Shannan Lerch: This is so suspenseful!

Zach Davis: You could cut the tension here with a small sharp, but not too sharp, object here, folks.

Shannan Lerch: Dumbass.

Striker walks around the ring, pretending to think to himself.

Skyler Striker: I owe thanks to Vice for letting Thunder pin me... but Thunder’s just a son of a bitch for pinning me. Revenge or thanks, revenge or thanks?

‘Money’ by Pink Floyd hits and Thunder walks onto the stage, bruises and cuts everywhere as a result of the last show’s battle with Vice. He has a microphone in hand.

Thunder: Striker, you’re such a pathetic champion. I-

Skyler Striker: Now, hold on. I don’t see any gold around YOUR waist, Thunder. Did you leave it back in the locker room? Or did one of the big mean boys take it away from you?

Thunder: Think about it, Striker. Vice has never beaten you before. I have. I defeated you for the Hardcore title which you held for so long. Me. Thunder.

Thunder has been walking down to the ring while speaking and he now slides into the ring.

Thunder: So are you gonna make your decision? Either way, Striker, you’re afraid of me. Admit it.

Skyler Striker: You know, Thunder, I owe Vice a lot more than I do to you - a LOT more.

The crowd cheer as it looks like Striker is about to make his decision.

Skyler Striker: But my desire for revenge has always been stronger!

Out of nowhere, Striker grabs Thunder and hooks his arm, nailing the Final Revelation! Thunder lies on the mat, dazed, and Striker stands, regaining his normal composure.

Skyler Striker: Vice, I’m sorry, but you’re just going to have to wait. At Timebomb, it’s going to be Striker vs. Thunder for the WCF World Championship! And I also have another little surprise – the match will not be any old match. This match is going to be one of my own invention – a Pyramid match. I’ll reveal more to the general community later – but let’s just say it involves steel, weapons and glass. Lots of glass.

All of a sudden, Master of Puppets hits.

Zach Davis: Oh, great.

Shannan Lerch: After his match with Logan, I'm just glad he survived! I'm sure he didn't want to hear Striker say anything about glass.

Seth Lerch walks out from the back, mic in hand. His head is wrapped in bandages and he's wearing a long sleeved shirt, suggesting more bandaging underneath. He doesn't have a happy look to his face.

Seth Lerch: No, no, despite all of my injuries I suffered last night I am not here because I'm angry that you dare dared utter the word "glass." Striker, hey. Let me congratulate you. Honestly. A few months ago, I had to decide between Logan and Jack of Blades being Champion. I went with the lesser of two evils, I went with Jack of Blades. But now, we have a Champion who isn't just not as evil as someone else. We have a Champion whom the fans can respect, whom the fans will pay to see. Someone who makes the World Title look good.

The fans cheer, agreeing with Seth for once.

Seth Lerch: I'll be honest - Ever since Torture won that belt, and even before that, I've been wanting it to be something better. I've wanted the whole World Title scene to be as good as the rest of the show. But somehow, it hasn't happened. While has-beens like Logan, Creeping Death and Reckless Jack were crapping up the World Title scene, fresh new faces like Skyler Striker, Thunder, Danny Vice, Lawnmower Jones, JJ Biggs and Bobby Cairo made their mark in the undercard, in the Television Title and Hardcore Title scenes. True, Biggs and Cairo did win the big gold belt at one point, but following that the has-beens regained their stranglehold on the main event scene. Then along came Jack of Blades, one of those fresh faces, but he just wasn't right. He was too much of an egomaniac, too crazy. But you, Skyler Striker. You're perfect.

Striker is simply listening, not too eager to accept Seth's words at face value.

Seth Lerch: So I'm here to make an announcement. I'm here to make that World Title mean something even more than it does now. I'm announcing the WCF Championship Series.

Zach Davis: WCF Championship Series? This sounds interesting.

Seth Lerch: It actually begins tonight when you face Biohazard, Striker. Every single show from now on will feature a one on one World Title match. And not just an obvious defense, these are going to be high calibur matches every night up until Explosion.

Shannan Lerch: What an announcement!

Seth Lerch: In fact, we already know we have Skyler Striker vs Thunder at Timebomb. But what about Explosion, where the final match in the WCF Championship Series will take place? Well, the man that gets that final shot at the gold is certainly in a good position, because he'll be up against a worn out Champ. So I've decided that the winner of tonight's four way match will get the final Title shot. Cairo, Vice, or Ragnal. If Thunder happens to win, assuming he doesn't win at Timebomb, he'll get a rematch at Explosion.

The fans cheer, knowing they're in for some great matches. Striker, confident, actually has a bit of a smile.

Seth Lerch: Skyler Striker, I'm doing this because I believe in you. I'm doing it because I think you can take out the top names WCF has to offer. I'm doing this because I believe in the WCF World Title. Good luck, my friend.

Master of Puppets hits, and Seth makes his way to the back. Striker steps out of the ring with his World Title and heads to the back as well.

Zach Davis: It has always been said that the World Title is like a target around your waist, and suddenly that phrase has never rung so true. Striker has a very tough two months ahead of him.

Striker disappears behind the curtain.

Tag Titles Match
Logan/Creeping Death vs Team Xtreme

The lights in the arena dim. The Red by Chevelle begins to blare over the speakers in the arena. Red, White, Yellow, and Orange pyro goes off as the entrance ramp is engulfed in smoke. Just as the music gets to the chours The Violent One and The Xtreme One emerge through the smoke. They have the tag team titles wrapped around their waist. They make there way to ring slowly, making sure to slap the hands of all the fans. As they get to the ring, The Violent One climbs through the ropes as The Xtreme One slides under the bottom rop. They stand in the middle of the ring and hold the tag titles high above there heads. They then head to there respective corner and wait for their opponents.

Zach Davis: I’m pleased to be joined here by Team Xtreme’s official announcer Jim Dolce! It is all yours Jim!

Jim Dolce: Thanks a lot Zach, Team Xtreme is looking at the top of their game here tonight as they face off against WCF’s very own legends Creeping Death and Logan! And here come their opponents now!

The lights slowly fade to black. Bells toll as the screen shows shots of a big wooden cross wrapped in barbed wire. It's a sunny day as the "happy" opening to "The Light That Blinds" by Shadows Fall plays. The crowd goes along with the sounds. "Doo-da-doo dooing" along with it. As the song gets darker and darker, the sunny day turns to night. Black clouds roll in and rain begins falling on the cross. Lightning crashes about. As the lightning crashes, white lights in the arena flash. When the song kicks up, thirty four seconds in, the entire crowd begins headbanging in unison and throwing the horns in the air as the lights come on just a tad, giving light to the dark. Standing on the stage is Creeping Death, wearing a black hoodie with the hood up, arms stretched out in a crucifix fashion. CD stands there for a second or thirty, until the vocals start, taking in the crowd's reaction. Then he slowly makes his way down the ramp, looking out into the audience. As he reaches the ring, he slides in under the bottom rope, and pops to his feet. CD walks over to a turnbuckle, jumps to the middle rope facing in the ring, does the crucifix pose once again, takes the hoodie off, and then takes a seat on the top turnbuckle, awaiting the match to begin.

Shannan Lerch: BOO HISS.

The lights dim in the arena, blue pryos shoot down the ramp, and a drum beat rolls into the PA speakers. Metallica's "The Struggle Within" blasts out of the speakers, and Logan steps out from behind the black curtain with a cocky look on his face as he walks down to the ring. On the way, Logan might reach out every now, and then slapping a fans hand or two.. Once he's by the ring Logan climbs the steps, stepping into the ring through the middles ropes and climbing the turnbuckle to throw both arms into the air for a cheering crowd. Logan hops off the turnbuckle, pacing around the ring intill his music cuts.

Jim Dolce: The referee looks ready to start the match as the calls for the bell and your defending champions defend their tag team titles!

TVO and Logan pace around each other as they begin to lock up as TVO pushes Logan back into the corner and the referee begins to count as TVO lets go and back up in respect to the legend of WCF. They pace around some more as the crowd is really into this match as they lock up again as Logan gets the upper hand and has TVO pushed back into a corner as the referee starts the count up again! Logan lets go backing up in respect of the tag team champion. TVO tags in TXO as Logan tags in Creeping Death as they both begin pacing around the ring as they lock up! It is a stalemate! Neither man is getting the advantage!

Jim Dolce: I knew it’d be tough going up against these 2 superstars, but my boys are really holding their own in there! What..who is this?

Someone grabs Dolce and yanks him from his chair as it is Davey Ortega and Team NCW jumping the rail! Davey tosses Dolce to the ground as Team NCW yanks TVO off the apron and begin giving him a beat down outside the ring! The referee sees it and calls for the bell! Winner by disqualification Logan and Creeping Death! TXO climbs up on the top turnbuckle and leaps off on every member of Team NCW! TXO gets up and quickly goes over to Jim helping him up as this gives TVO a chance to grab their tag team titles as Team Xtreme fold to the numbers game as Team NCW enter the ring and attack Logan and Creeping Death playing the numbers game again. Dolce turns around and stops Team Xtreme from going any further and begins pumping his fist getting the 2 fired up again! They give Dolce their tag team titles as they run back down to the ring and each grab a chair! The enter the ring as Team NCW scrambles and head back into the crowd!

Shannan Lerch: WOW! Team NCW cost Team Xtreme their match, but luckily the tag titles stay stay with them!

Zach Davis: I'm sure you'd hate seeing them with Creeping Death and Logan.

Seth Lerch/Chuck Watson/Jim Dolce Segment

The cameras cut to Seth Lerch's office where Chuck Watson is seen in the office sitting on the edge of his seat and talking to Lerch. Camera's catch the conversation.

Chuck Watson: Boone is wanting to prove he's the #1 contender to the World Heavy Weight title and is not worried about the tag team titles anymore. He wants to focus on the World Title and Craven to focus on the Hardcore Title. I can't make a strong defense for Craven, but I can for Davey Boone. First, Boone has beaten Creeping Death in a one on one match. Second, Boone has beaten your 2 top superstars here in the WCF in tag matches being Logan and Jack of Blades, and Boone was the favorite to win War VII until Team Xtreme got involved. He dismantled his former tag team partner and even put his own flesh and blood, Kelly Fox through a table. He's willing to face Mike Ragnal as soon as you are ready to make the match official, and would love to face your television champion in a non-title match to prove he should be the number 1 contender. So what do you say to that?

Seth Lerch: I say, if Boone is so great then why hasn't he stepped up against Team NCW? He didn't beat Logan a few weeks ago and he got lucky against me at Payback. Boone's resume doesn't show me that he's number 1 contender material. Sorry, and he'll do the matches I tell him to do or he's...

Chuck Watson: Wait, let me go ahead and tell you that Boone hasn't quite been himself lately. Incase you haven't noticed, something has gone mad wrong with him. He's snapped...he's back to his old egotistical ways accept times a million! You can't get rid of him because he'll find a way to come back. Come on, book him against Mike Ragnal next week in a match one on one...anything goes..no dq and let them fight it out.

Seth Lerch: And if he wins?

Chuck Watson: WHEN he wins, let him take on Outcast and Bobby Cairo at Timebomb in a 3 way dance and prove he's the #1 contender to the title. Place both People's Title and Television Title on the line in the 3 way dance and let him unite the 2 titles into 1 complete title. Once he does this, you'll see he's on the right track for the World Title. What do you say?

Seth Lerch: Your tag team match is next....let me think it over and I'll get back to you.

Chuck Watson gets up as he places his hand up in the air to shake Seth's hand, but Seth turns and begins playing with one of his "office toys".

Seth Lerch: Yeah, right. Like I'm just going to give Boone whatever he wants. Ha! Crazy ideas for the Titles and everything... right.

Watson smiles and turns to walk out of the door and as he opens the door, Team Xtreme enter into the office.

Jim Dolce: Did you see that Seth?!? Team NCW getting involved in our match and costing us an important match and an important statement to be made! This can not go unjust!

Seth Lerch: That was screwy, so you guys are on board to help defend the WCF against NCW?

The Violent One: Are you kidding me? Everyone knows this NCW is a fake..posers...a bunch of misfits getting together and making a mockery of the ORIGINAL nCw that myself, The Xtreme One, Davey Boone, Adam Knite, Bad Mojo, and even Chris Cruise were all a part of and nobody has EVER heard of these guys you have here! No way we are going to defend the WCF against a bunch of no talent losers like these guys!

Seth Lerch: Is that so? Then there is nothing I can do about them getting involved...I'll talk to you guys later and shut the door behind you.

The Xtreme One: This won't go unjustified Lerch! And the blood of the NCW along with ANY WCF wrestler on the roster getting in the way...will be ON YOUR HANDS!!

Team Xtreme exits the room as Chuck Watson is seen just to the side of the door as he listened in on what was said and is smiling sadistically.

Mike Ragnal Segment

Mike Ragnal and Sasha Pehl are backstage, with Mike pacing around the halls while Sasha is holding a clipboard up.

Sasha: You better be ready, you know. You have three other oppoonents tonight, two of them champions.

Mike Ragnal: Alright, well, I did my homework. Just give me a name.

Sasha: Okay, here goes.

Sasha clears her throat as she reads off of the clipboard.

Sasha: Danny Vice.

Mike Ragnal: Alright, Vice...current Hardcore Champion, won the belt from Skyler Stryker in a triple threat involving Thunder, who's also in this match. The two have had a rivalry recently over the belt, and Vice is still going strong.

Sasha: Alright, good. That's two in one. Now how about Bobby Cairo.

Mike Ragnal: Easy. The sunnuvabitch that beat me for a shot at the Television title. And now, he's the freaking champ! That should have been-

Sasha stops Mike from pacing, trying to calm him down.

Sasha: Whoa, whoa, easy, luv! Easy!

Mike calms down, and takes in a deep breath.

Mike Ragnal: You're right, you're right. Save it for the ring.

Sasha: That's the spirit. Now let's get going.

Mike Ragnal: Right.

Arm in arm the two walk towards the stage for their match, until they meet up with none other...than Bobby Cairo.

Bobby Cairo: Hey, Ragnal, you about to get squamped on, fool. You better quack da freak up, shon.

Ragnal just looks at Cairo like he's crazy, as he turns his attention to Sasha.

Bobby Cairo: Yo, who baby mama you be? You want be Cairo baby mama?

Mike Ragnal: Hey, back off!

Cairo simply walks back the way he came, smiling as he walks off, pointing his fingers at Sasha like guns. As he walks off to a distance, Mike and Sasha both cock their eyebrows up.

Sasha: ...what the hell just happened?

Mike Ragnal: I...have no idea.

Tag Title Contendership Match
Reckless Jack/Jay Williams vs Team NCW vs The Red River Mafia

The arena goes dark as the opening to Hatebreed's "To The Threshold" fills the arena. Pyro explodes as Jay Williams appears on one side of the stage and Reckless Jack appears on the other side, head banging to the song. The two meet in the middle of the stage and bump chests. Amy Skye-Williams follows the duo as the crowd is cheering loudly. Reckless Jack and Jay Williams make their way down to the ring, slapping the hands of the fans along the way as they sing along with "To The Threshold" As they get to the ringside area, Reckless Jack gets on his knees and throws his arms out as Jay Williams does the same. Red pyro shoots along the rampway as Reckless Jack gets back to his feet. Both men hop up onto the ring apron as Reckless Jack enters the ring and heads the turnbuckle closest to him and throws his arms out again as Jay Williams acknowledges the fan's love for him. As Jay Williams enters the ring, Reckless Jack hops off the turnbuckle and heads to the one opposite from him and throws his arms out again as Jay Williams goes onto the other turnbuckle and throws his arms out again as Reckless Jack crouches down. Jay Williams gets down and stands next to Reckless Jack, both men ready to rumble.

''Remedy'' By Seether hits as Outcast, Merc and Davey Ortega emerge from the back. The smile, Outcast giving the finger to the fans as Davey waves to them. They walk to the ring as confident as ever. They enter the ring holding up their hands. They wait for their opponents.

“Memory Remains” strikes up as Chuck Watson and Johnny Craven stop through the curtain as they stop and point towards the curtain as Davey Boone steps through wearing a long black leather jacket. Craven stops and shakes the hands of the fans as Boone walks on by and stops at the edge of the ramp. Boone says something to Watson as Watson says something to Craven. The referee wants to know what is going on as Boone points to him and then into the ring as the referee calls for the bell and the match begins with Jay Williams and Merc starting the action off!

Zach Davis: What is Boone doing? If he doesn’t get into the match, they’ll lose!

Shannan Lerch: They’ve made it clear that they don’t want anything to do with the tag team champions!

Williams and Merc lock up as Merc powers him into the corner and begins feeding forearms into the face as the crowd begins to boo him wildly. Merc pulls him over to Outcast as while they are in the middle of the ring, Williams pushes his hands off of him and delivers a standing drop kick! Merc crawls to the corner and tags in Outcast as he sprints towards Williams SPINNING SIT DOWN POWERBOMB! Pinning combination!

1….

2….KICK OUT! Williams gets up and quickly tags in Reckless Jack as he places Outcast into a headlock and drags Outcast over and climbs the ropes with his feet and BULLDOG! Hooks the leg!

1….

2….

KICK OUT BY OUTCAST! Jack pushes him down and comes off the ropes and quick leg drop down as he lifts up Outcast and pulls him over to Jay and tags him in as Williams hops over the ropes and nails Outcast in the ribs and he swings him into the ropes but is reversed by Outcast as he ducks down to deliver a back body drop and Jay turns and flips over Outcast back first and comes off the ropes as Outcast catches him into a HUGE power slam! Outcast reaches over and tags in Merc as he begins stomping on Williams relentlessly!

Zach Davis: Merc is stomping on Williams “RECKLESSLY” if I can say that as Boone and Craven are still standing there watching them.

Shannan Lerch: They are playing it smart by staying out there.

Zach Davis: I never thought I’d hear you say anything intelligent and I’m still standing by that!

Rick Mad begins making his way down to the ring wearing his NCW t-shirt and walks past Boone and Craven without giving them a 2nd look. He walks over to Ortega as he seems to be a “cheerleader” for Team NCW. Merc turns over to Ortega and company and holds up his hands in victory. Jay Williams comes up and rolls up Merc arching his back!

1….

2….KICK OUT!

Merc gets up as Williams gets up and clotheslines him down with authority! Merc tags in Outcast as he swings Williams into the far corner and is reversed by Williams as Outcast slams into the corner and comes out as Williams jumps up and INSIGURY! Williams climbs over tag in Reckless Jack as Jim Dolce begins making his way down to the ring. He stops beside Chuck as they converse with each other for a moment. Dolce heads back towards the back as the match continues. Jack runs towards Outcast but is met with a huge clothesline.

Zach Davis: What is Jim Dolce doing out here? I hope Team Xtreme isn’t planning anything!

Shannan Lerch: Speaking of Team Xtreme here they come to the ring!

Team Xtreme climb into the ring next to Jay Williams as he’s just standing on the corner holding his head. Merc is in the ring as well as Rick Mad and the referee is trying to tell TVO and TXO to get out of the ring! All of a sudden, TVO WHACKS Jay Williams in the head and the referee calls for the bell!

Shannan Lerch: What the hell are they doing?

Zach Davis: They just got Team NCW disqualified! The winners of the match are Jay Williams and Reckless Jack! They are getting revenge for them getting involved in their match earlier tonight!

Team Xtreme head towards the back as the referee along with Jay Williams and Reckless Jack stand outside of the ring and have their arms raised in victory!

Danny Vice Segment

The lights go out in the arena as the crowd begins to emit electricity from their anticipation. The opening notes of "Map of the Problematique" by Muse hits the speakers to a huge ovation from the crowd. The lights flash several times before coming on full showing Danny "The Vagrant" Vice. Danny raises his arms to his sides, exciting the crowd as he feeds off of them like they feed off of him. He wears his WCF Hardcore title around his waist proudly, rubbing his hands across it to push the crowd further into a frenzy. He rushes to the ring and slides in before climbing the turnbuckle and posing with both arms over his head. He then hops down and asks for the microphone to address the crowd.

Danny Vice: Ladies and gentleman, are you ready for a show tonight?

Crowd pops loudly. He's over like Rob Van Dam.

Danny Vice: Well there's nothing more that I'd like to do than put on one helluva a show for each and every one of you tonight......but right now I can't.

The crowd hushes with somewhat a mix response.

Danny Vice: I mean I really want to, but there is something I must first get off my chest. You see two weeks ago there were major changes to this company. Title changed hands, people changed, and the direction and history of the WCF was altered forever. So before I can move on, I must one last time look back.

Zach Davis: Look back? Not another title match with Thunder?

Shannan Lerch: He deserves it, he is truly the ruler of all things hardcore.

Danny Vice: You see, I need to go deep back into the depths of my run here in the WCF and discuss with you a man named, Skyler Striker.

The crowd goes apeshit for the mentioning of the World Champion.

Danny Vice: For a long long looooong time we met inside of this ring. With ladders. With tables. Inside of an Extreme Hell Cell. Hardcore. Regular-core. Sideways-core. Shannan Lerch-core. It didn't matter. It seemed for the longest time I couldn't go to sleep at night without dreaming of Skyler Striker. I couldn't walk the streets without seeing things to remind me of Skyler Striker. And I couldn't take a shit without being asked about Skyler Striker. And then two weeks ago, at Payback, he reveals himself from under his Biohazard mask and becomes the WCF WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION!

The crowd pops once again for Skyler.

Danny Vice: And I have something to say about that.......I couldn't be any happier for him.

Shannan Lerch: What?!?!

Zach Davis: A man of honor.

Shannan Lerch: That guy is a douche.

Danny Vice: He deserved it, he earned it, and I am very proud of him. But me and him still have some unfinished business. But tonight, he has the real Biohazard to worry about, while I have Bobby Cairo, Mike Ragnal, and Thunder, three guys who'd rather "suck me off than fuck me up," to deal with. So next week, I will come back out here and I expect to see Skyler Striker in the middle of this ring.

The crowd again cheers.

Zach Davis: I like where this is heading.

Shannan Lerch: Wonderful, another chapter to this storied battle...blah blah blah.

Danny Vice: Now that I've gotten to say my two bits, everyone enjoy the show. Bring out my opponents. Skyler, I'll see you next week.

Zach Davis: It looks like next week will be a confrontation between Danny Vice and Skyler Striker. One more time!

Thunder vs Bobby Cairo vs Danny Vice vs Mike Ragnal

The lights begin blinking several different colors as High Voltage (Footsoldier Remix) by Linkin Park hits. A lightning-like pyro blasts, and Mike Ragnal steps out from the back, with Sasha Pehl at his side, her arms wrapped around his. He walks to the ring, looking out at the thousands in attendance along the way. Sasha lets go of Mike as he rolls into the ring. Mike gets to his feet, and raises a fist high in the air, while Sasha heads to their corner and cheers Mike on.

Zach Davis: Ragnal picked up a big win last week at Payback in a triple threat match against Jay Williams and Biohazard.

Shannan Lerch: That was an impressive win, but you have to wonder how Ragnal will perform against his three highly opponents in this matchup.

"Money" by Pink Floyd begins to play. As the cash register sound ends and the music begins, Thunder walks towards the ring with Janie Vice on his arm. He reaches the apron and climbs the turnbuckle, taunting the fans.

Zach Davis: Thunder dropped the Hardcore Title to Danny Vice last week at Payback, but you wouldn't know it by looking at the cocky expression on his face or the hot babe on his arm.

Shannan Lerch: Thunder is just that damn cool, Zach. Even when he loses he still makes out better than anybody else.

Pyrotechnics explode at the top of the ramp, the lights in the arena flicker. "11 Dreams" by Mercenary echoes throughout the building and the crowd immediately boos. Bobby Cairo appears at the top of the ramp and the crowd boos even louder. Cairo slowly walks down to the ring with no expression on his face as middle fingers go up all around the arena.

Zach Davis: Cairo captured the TV Title at Payback after prevailing in an absolute war against his arch nemesis Lawnmower Jones. I hate this guy as much as anybody, but I have to give credit where it's due.

Shannan Lerch: Yeah, well I've slept with the man and he ain't all that.

The lights go out in the arena as the crowd begins to emit electricity from their anticipation. The opening notes of "Map of the Problematique" by Muse hits the speakers to a huge ovation from the crowd. The lights flash several times before coming on full showing Danny "The Vagrant" Vice and his brother Jimmy standing a top the ramp. Two huge "V" pyros explode in the ring before Danny jumps down and hands the title to the referee before focusing intently on his opponents.

Zach Davis: The nearly crowned Hardcore Champion is receiving a hero's welcome here in Allegheny. Vice earned it after that grueling, almost hellish victory over Thunder at Payback.

Shannan Lerch: The man is quickly becoming an icon of our sport and I just want to say that I am on the Vice bandwagon. Call me, Danny, we can do lunch and more.

All four competitors are in the ring and they have an impromptu rock, paper, scissors eliminator to determine which two will start the match.

Zach Davis: This should be a great match, Shannan. We've got four of WCF's top superstars going at it and frankly I don't know if one ring can contain all of the action.

Shannan Lerch: You can bet that all four of these gentlemen are looking forward to moving up the ladder towards a possible World Title match. A victory tonight would be huge in the eyes of the championship committee, Zach.

Zach Davis: Indeed, Shannan. Let's go to ringside now with Johnny Lennon Jr. for the introductions.

Cairo and Thunder take their places on the ring apron. The referee signals for the bell. Ragnal and Vice lock up. Vice gains the advantage with a knee to the groin. Vice whips Ragnal into the ropes. Vice connects with a bicycle kick that knocks Ragnal to the mat. Vice sets Ragnal up for a suplex, but Ragnal blocks it. Ragnal gains the advantage and buries Vice with a snap suplex. Vice is dazed and confused as Ragnal grabs him up and hits a snap spinebuster. Ragnal quickly makes the cover. Vice kicks out after two.

Zach Davis: Ragnal is trying to put this one away early.

Shannan Lerch: Might as well. With two other opponents bursting at the seams to get into this match, you never know if you'll get another chance.

Ragnal sends Vice into the corner. Ragnal charges and catches Vice in the jaw with a spinning heel kick. Ragnal plants Vice with a Tiger driver in the middle of the ring. Ragnal heads to the top rope as Sasha cheers him on. Ragnal goes for the High Voltage, but Vice rolls out of the way and Ragnal crashes backfirst into the mat. Vice goes on the offensive with some stiff kicks to the torso of Ragnal. Vice follows up by drilling Ragnal into the canvas with a Teardrop suplex. Vice covers and hooks the leg. Ragnal kicks out after two.

Zach Davis: Ragnal made a mistake and now Vice is showing some good offensive production.

Shannan Lerch: This is why you don't let Danny Vice back into the match, because Danny Vice can beat you on your best day with your bottom dollar and that's not all.

Vice sets Ragnal up in the corner for a pendulum backbreaker, but Ragnal escapes by crawling through Vice's legs like Madonna in that one music video. Vice turns around expects to see Ragnal on the mat, but Ragnal surprises him with a roaring elbow to the side of the head. Vice stumbles across the ring and inadvertently tags Cairo into the match. Cairo casually climbs through the ropes with a smirk on his face. Cairo openly mocks Ragnal and makes sexual overtures to Sasha. Sasha is disgusted, but Ragnal is downright pissed. Ragnal grabs Cairo and starts choking him along the ropes. The referee intervenes and Cairo seizes the opening with a low blow that immediately stops Ragnal in his path. Ragnal drops to his knees and grabs his nuts.

Zach Davis: I cannot believe these shameful and desplic--despicable tactics utilized by Cairo. This is why Cairo will never get an invite to my home for supper and/or brunch.

Shannan Lerch: When you're doing the brunch, do you still serve that sweet melon with the whipped cream and the--

Zach Davis: Yes, but Cairo's not getting any. Not now and not ever. You may have some if you wear those tight jeans with the holes strategically placed in the buttocks.

Shannan Lerch: Sweet.

Cairo punishes Ragnal with a rolling neck snap. Cairo stomps away at Ragnal before sending him into the ropes and connecting with a flying forearm. Cairo positions Ragnal for a cradle piledriver, but Ragnal blocks it. Ragnal dumps Cairo to the mat with a back body drop. Ragnal stumbles to the corner and Thunder opportunity tags Ragnal. Ragnal is pissed, but Thunder leaps over the top rope and goes right after Cairo. Thunder pummels Cairo with a running enzuigiri followed by a swinging fisherman suplex. Thunder hits Cairo with a cross-legged brainbuster and goes for the cover. Cairo kicks out after two.

Zach Davis: Thunder is taking the fight to Cairo with the all the fury of some hotshot renegade from society's past.

Shannan Lerch: Yeah, well, I'm sure Thunder wants to get back to his winning ways after losing the Hardcore Title at Payback.

Thunder climbs out to the ring apron, waits for Cairo to get up, and hits Cairo with a springboard dropkick. Thunder does a handstand into a leg drop across Cairo's throat. Thunder plants Cairo with a spinning leg hook suplex, then quickly ascends to the top rope. Thunder goes for the Frog splash, but Cairo raises his knees and catches Thunder in the gut. Janie gasps in horror at ringside as her man writhes around on the mat. Cairo punishes Thunder with an armbreaker followed by a knee drop across the shoulder area. Cairo hits Thunder with the Gourdbuster, then Cairo rolls out of the ring. Cairo grabs a metal folding chair and slides back into the ring. Cairo goes after Thunder with the chair, but the referee intervenes. Cairo argues with the referee. Cairo gets pissed off and smacks the ref across the skull with the chair. Cairo drops the chair and grabs his TV Title from the timekeeper before stomping to the back.

Zach Davis: Oh my god, I don't believe it! Cairo just KO'ed the referee and now he's abandoning the match! This guy is a dangerous lunatic!

Shannan Lerch: I'm not surprised by this sudden turn of events, Zach. I talked to Bobby before the show and he seemed very frustrated by the current state of mass-produced brownie products. Frankly, I had a feeling that something unpleasant was going to happen.

Vice and Ragnal are briefly stunned by Cairo's antics, but quickly jump into the ring and start a threeway free-for-all brawl with Thunder. Vice grabs the chair and cracks Thunder over the head with it before Ragnal superkicks the chair into Vice's face. Ragnal drops both of his opponents with a double DDT, then climbs to the top rope. Ragnal once again goes for the High Voltage and once again Ragnal is sent crashing into the mat as both of his opponents roll out of the way.

Zach Davis: We have pandemonium in the ring as Ragnal, Vice and Thunder are all going at it without a referee!

Shannan Lerch: Kinda looks like a parliamentary hearing in Malaysia.

Finally, a new ref runs down the aisle to replace the injured ref. All three men continue to brawl until Ragnal gets knocked over the top rope by a spinning mule kick from Thunder. Sasha is extremely concerned and she checks on her man. Meanwhile, Vice and Thunder stare each other down as the bitter enemies are now left one on one. Thunder charges Vice and tries to tackle him, but Vice sidesteps Thunder. Thunder puts on the brakes, turns around and walks into a wheelbarrow suplex from Vice. Thunder stumbles to his feet and gets a boot to the gut by Vice. Vice drills Thunder with an implant DDT. Vice walks over to the corner of the ring and hushes the crowd with his finger.

Zach Davis: We know what this means! Vice is calling for the Outkast! It could be lights out for Thunder!

Shannan Lerch: Hang on a minute, Zach, it looks like Mike Ragnal is stirring at ringside! Oh, thank goodness. I thought that tumble over the top rope might have killed him!

Thunder slowly gets up and Vice goes for the Outkast, but Thunder ducks it and throws Vice right out of the ring, Ragnal sneaks up behind Thunder and taps him on the shoulder. Thunder turns around, Ragnal kicks him in the midsection and drills him with the Ragnalrok! Ragnal goes for the cover..

ONE...

TWO...

NO CAIRO IS BACK! He pulls Ragnal off quickly and pins Thunder, hooking the leg!

ONE!

TWO!

THREE!

Zach Davis: WHAT JUST HAPPENED?!

Shannan Lerch: Bobby Cairo came out of nowhere to win this match!

Zach Davis: Ragnal absolutely got cheated.

Shannan Lerch: And this means Bobby Cairo has earned a World Title match at Explosion.

The crowd boos as Cairo stands up. The ref is scared of him and slides out of the ring without raising his arm in victory.

World Title Match
Biohazard vs Skyler Striker

“Breakdown” by Biohazard plays. Biohazard comes out and walks to the ring as yellow and purple lights flash.

Zach Davis: Well, it looks like our World Title match is about to commence!

Shannan Lerch: I can’t believe Biohazard is getting a World Title shot.

Zach Davis: I can’t believe Biohazard exists, but hey. This is WCF!

“Fallen, broken. Simply dissolved into an incomplete thought. An empty shell, cracked, and disfigured. With no remorse, I have been blinded by the darkness. With no disdain, I have received my punishment. And with no haste, I await them.”

After the words finish, the music of “Fallen Angels” by Ra kicks in as a bright white light flashes over the arena and fades to black again. The lights continue quickly changing between black and white as Skyler Striker enters the stage. He walks down towards the ring dressed in the usual black, unbuttoned shirt and the torn maroon pants, the World Championship around his waist. He slides into the ring and as the chorus hits, Skyler spreads his arms in a crucifix pose. He holds this, looking into the crowd, and then goes to the turnbuckle, repeating the crucifix pose. The lights return to normal as Skyler jumps down and the music fades as he holds his title belt high.

Shannan Lerch: And here is our World Champion.

Zach Davis: Listen to this crowd, Shannan! They’re going insane over Striker! Not since the reign of Torture have we heard this kind of noise inside a WCF arena!

Striker turns to Biohazard, who is almost frothing at the mouth on his mask. The two stare off in the middle of the ring, as close to each other as they can get, Biohazard standing a good three inches over Striker.

Shannan Lerch: Oh, come on. That makes no sense. Biohazard is a luchador, for God’s sake!

Zach Davis: Like I said, Shannan, this is the WCF!

The bell rings and Striker’s first title defense gets underway as Biohazard hits the ropes, but Striker moves backwards as he does so and when Biohazard runs back, Striker holds the ropes down and Biohazard goes flying onto the mat below.

Shannan Lerch: Striker outwitting Biohazard here… not that that’s hard.

Biohazard gets to his feet slowly, but Striker is not done and pulls down on the top rope, holding onto it and using the elasticity to pull him over the top rope as well and Striker lands a huge cross body onto Biohazard!

Zach Davis: Striker leads here in the early going!

Shannan Lerch: You know, I could talk about coffee right now and no-one would care.

Zach Davis: What’s this?

Biohazard has managed to catch Striker and he holds him across his midriff, slamming Striker across the ring apron spine first. Biohazard rolls Striker into the ring and jumps up to the apron, then the top rope, and then lands a top rope leg drop onto Striker’s neck, following up with the pin attempt.

Zach Davis: Biohazard has his first opportunity to become World Champion right here!

1..2, no, Striker kicks out. Biohazard backs off as Striker gets to his feet. Striker turns around to get lifted by Biohazard and is thrown back down with a scoop slam. Biohazard hits the ropes and comes back, looking for a rolling thunder, but Striker pulls a Shawn Michaels and rolls backwards and uses his back muscles to jump to his feet, leaving Biohazard to hit the mat. Striker runs, using the turnbuckles as steps before jumping off the top turnbuckle to catch Biohazard in the side of the head with a nasty looking kick. Striker follows up with his first pin attempt, 1..2no, Biohazard kicks out this time. Striker lifts Biohazard and throws him into the ropes, but Biohazard grabs the top rope with his arms to stop his momentum. Striker runs at Biohazard but receives a boot to the face for his trouble, and as he turns around, Biohazard jumps to the second rope, springs forward and nails a bulldog on Striker. Biohazard goes for a quick cover, 1..2no, Striker grabs the ropes.

Zach Davis: Some very back and forth action from these two agile competitors.

Shannan Lerch: I do drink a lot of coffee. Not tonight, but usually I do.

Striker gets to his feet and Biohazard grabs his arm, whipping him into the ropes. Striker returns and Biohazard jumps over him, and on the second rebound Biohazard slides under Striker. Striker rebounds again and Biohazard dodges to hit the left ropes, rebounds to hit the right ropes while Striker rebounds again, and they finally meet in the middle of the ring where Biohazard jumps to roll his back off of Striker’s and grabs the champion’s arms, nailing him with a floating DDT. Biohazard goes for the cover, 1..2..no, Striker manages to kick out. Biohazard lifts him and grabs him by the head, nailing a kneeling jawbreaker, and Striker stumbles as Biohazard hits the ropes, coming back with a high knee lift. The sound that Striker’s skull makes against the flesh of Biohazard’s knee is very loud and the crowd ‘ooh’ in wincing pain at Striker.

Zach Davis: That one looks like it hurt.

Shannan Lerch: I can’t make up my mind on what my favourite brand of coffee is. So many to choose from!

Biohazard goes for yet another cover, 1..2..no! Striker kicks out yet again, and Biohazard is starting to get annoyed, gesturing to the ref for three. He covers Striker again, 1..2..no, another kickout by Striker. Biohazard cannot believe this and so he lifts Striker and kicks him hard in the gut. Biohazard grabs Striker’s head and lifts under his stomach, flipping Striker up into a powerbomb position, and then brings him down for a facebuster!

Zach Davis: Trip to the Wasteland!

Shannan Lerch: Or even what type of coffee. Black, or with sugar… or without sugar…

Biohazard does not take any chances and pulls the weakened Striker’s arm behind, locking in a Crossface!

Zach Davis: Toxic Shock! Biohazard could become World Champion right now!

Striker fights it, raising his hand as high as it can go, but Biohazard locks the move in harder! Striker makes a desperate move, but to no avail, the ropes are too far! Striker’s arms begin to flail, and in the process, Striker grabs a side rope which he could not see. The referee tells Biohazard to let go and after a few more seconds, he does. Striker stands and stumbles around, and with the referee behind Striker, Biohazard is clear from his view and from nowhere lets loose the toxic ooze!

Zach Davis/Shannan Lerch: OOZE!!!

The ooze flies through the air and hits not Striker, but the referee right in the face. The referee falls down screaming and Striker, who has ducked the move, delivers a kick of his own to Biohazard’s gut. Biohazard bends over in pain and Striker grabs him by the arm, nailing the Final Revelation!

Zach Davis: And this is how Striker became champion!

Shannan Lerch: Sorry for going off-topic with the ooze… I was supposed to be talking about coffee, but-

Zach Davis: WILL YOU SHUT UP!!!

Biohazard lies on the mat and Striker covers, but alas and forsooth, there is no referee. Striker tries to rouse the ref and he slowly gains more consciousness, and Striker turns around for the cover, which is made slowly, yet 1………2………NO! Biohazard kicks out!

Zach Davis: What?!

Shannan Lerch: The toxic mutant still has ooze left in him!

Biohazard rolls away from Striker and grabs his arm, pulling him back down into the Toxic Shock! Striker has nowhere to go and struggles violently, but Biohazard has the move cinched in and Striker is nowhere near any of the ropes!

Zach Davis: Oh my God… Striker has no options!

Striker manages to roll himself over, but Biohazard keeps the move locked in. Striker rolls part-way back but lands on top of Biohazard, so that Biohazard is upside down and still holding Striker. Striker bends himself forward, stretching Biohazard’s arm to an extent that Biohazard has to let go of the manoeuvre.

Shannan Lerch: So close.

Striker crawls to the opposite ropes and climbs to his feet while Biohazard rushes over to maintain his advantage. Striker, however sees Biohazard coming and nails a mule kick right to the stomach of Biohazard. Biohazard doubles over in pain and once again, Striker follows up with a Final Revelation!

Zach Davis: It is… inevitable.

Shannan Lerch: Whatever you say, Agent Smith.

Striker jumps to the top turnbuckle and lets out a yell as he dives into the air, the crowd yelling with him. He lands perfectly to nail the 630 Senton that is the Skyler High Dive and follows it up, in the final move, to lock in the Lockdown. The crowd explode and cheer wildly for Striker.

Zach Davis: Well, folks, we’ll see you next week at Slam!

Shannan Lerch: What? The show’s not even over!

Zach Davis: I beg to differ. Look in the ring.

Biohazard is tapping out to the Lockdown and Striker rolls off him, “Fallen Angels” beginning to play over the sound system. Striker is handed his World Title belt and he raises it high in the air as the crowd continue cheering wildly for their champion.

Zach Davis: Well, Striker proved he is no fluke champion.

Shannan Lerch: Uh-oh.

Out of nowhere, Thunder has jumped the barricade and nails Striker in the head with a hard right fist.

Zach Davis: Hey! What is this? Typical Thunder.

Striker looks to be down and out in the middle of the ring, and Thunder opens his fist to reveal brass knuckles hiding around his fingers. Thunder grabs the World Title and stares at it intently, a look of greed and desire in his eyes. Thunder calmly lays down the title belt on top of Striker’s chest and stands tall as the sounds of ‘Money’ hits the arena.

Zach Davis: Well, folks, we’re out of time, but we’ve got a huge Slam coming up next week!

Shannan Lerch: See you then, folks!
