Sunday Slam Intro

The Darkest Nights by As I Lay Dying plays over the PA system and Slam is on the air! A huge amount of pyro blasts from all over the arena before we go to our announcers for the evening.

Zach Davis: Welcome to the 50th edition of Sunday Slam! What a milestone.

Shannan Lerch: I'm glad to be here, that's for sure.

Zach Davis: We have four huge matchups tonight. In our main event, we see Index Three tagging together for the first time ever.

Shannan Lerch: That's right. Skyler Striker, Danny Vice and Mike Ragnal together as a single unit.

Zach Davis: And they're taking on the formidable team of Creeping Death, Epic, and Dave Holland. CD and Epic, of course, are scheduled to get shots at Striker's belt. Holland is shooting for Ragnal.

Shannan Lerch: Holland is new to big match situations, so theres a lot of pressure on him. We'll see how he does.

Zach Davis: We have the debut of the man Seth has called "Torture's kryptonite" - and he's taking on Dehart.

Shannan Lerch: Last week we saw Seth form the ATLA - Anti Torture League of America. Torture is probably one of the toughest bastards we've ever seen in the ring, however, so this isn't going to be easy.

Zach Davis: We have the Red River Mafia teaming up with Spike Kane to take on Team NCW and Jay Williams. We've recently seen Williams turn his back on Kane, and we know Team NCW will be fighting the Red River Mafia, so here we are.

Shannan Lerch: And finally, in our opening match we'll see the long awaited return of THE DREADNOKS!

Zach Davis: One of WCF's most legendary teams will be up against Steve Carr, Lance Ryan and Jason Anderson. We don't know how Ryan and Anderson will be able to work together, but we do know Steve Carr is making a bid to get back to the top of the food chain.

Shannan Lerch: Can it be rasslin' time now pleez?

The Dreadnoks vs Steve Carr/Lance Ryan/Jason Anderson

“American Bad Ass” hits the arena and the crowd cheer as the Dreadnoks enter the stage. Ripper, burn Out and Road Rage all run to the ring and slide in.

Zach Davis: Well, the Dreadnoks are making their long awaited return.

Shannan Lerch: Ha… they have funny names.

The lights go out and "The Rising" by Trivium plays. Red spotlights shine on the entrance as Steve Carr walks out and raises his arms. The spotlights follow him as he walks down to the ring giving high-fives to the fans. He climbs up the stairs, steps over the ropes and the house lights come back on.

Zach Davis: Steve Carr back in the ring, looking good as usual.

Shannan Lerch: I swear you’re gay.

“No More Sorrow” by Linkin Park hits and Lance Ryan walks to the ring, smile on his face.

Zach Davis: The People’s Champion representing.

The lights all turn into a blue, and white in color on the entrance way and stage. The music over the PA would be the song “Daylight Dies" by Killswitch Engage. The fans start to cheer, and others boo. Walking out of the entrance way with a towel on his shoulders is Jason Anderson. He walks out with a cocky smirk, yet determined look on his face.

We cannot be so blind
Hear their cries
The wait 'til daylight dies

The cost of one life
The price of ones soul
Is too much to lose

Anderson walks down the ramp and says stuff like “ This is my night baby ain’t no other way else.” He walks around the ring smacking hands with some of the fans. After that he slides into the ring and jumps up high. The fans cheer when he gets up. He then climbs the turnbuckles and throws his fist up into the air highly.

Shannan Lerch: And the former People’s Champ! Tension!

Ripper starts the match off for the Dreadnoks and Lance Ryan starts for his team. The two lock up in the middle of the ring and Ripper gets the advantage, throwing Ryan back into the ropes but as he goes for a follow up clothesline, Ryan comes back and ducks it to hit a swinging neckbreaker. Ryan goes for a quick pin, 1..no, Ripper kicks out. Ryan looks to tag in Anderson and does so, and Anderson jumps into the ring after a quick glance at Ryan, almost accusing.

Zach Davis: Nasty look there, these two still don’t like each other.

Anderson enters the ring and delivers a few boots to Ripper, and then lifts him, hoisting him up onto his shoulders and hitting a Samoan Drop. Anderson covers, 1..2.no, kickout from Ripper. Ripper stands and Anderson throws a right hand but Ripper throws one right back, and another, and another! With Ripper gaining the advantage, Anderson retreats and tags in Carr as Ripper tags Burn Out. Burn jumps into the ring with eagerness and delivers a stiff clothesline to Carr, but Carr gets on his feet again and ducks a second clothesline, and then grabs Burn Out by the arms and pulls him back to deliver a very nasty looking backcracker. Carr goes for a pin, 1..2..no, the pin is interrupted by Road Rage, who stomps Carr hard in the back before retreating under the ref’s orders. Burn grabs Carr and lifts him over his head, dropping Carr to the mat to deliver a nasty gorilla press. Carr collides with the mat and this time it is Burn Out who goes for the pin, 1..2..no, Carr kicks out.

Shannan Lerch: Early goings here!

Zach Davis: Both sides look relatively equal.

Burn Out tags Road Rage, who enters the ring with a nasty look on his face. Rage grabs Carr by the leg and locks in an ankle lock, and Carr struggles to make it to the ropes, but eventually he does. Rage lets go and Carr crawls out of the ring. Rage follows him out but is met with a dropkick from Anderson, who is defending his partner! Carr gets to his feet and both he and Anderson start stomping away at Rage, and when Ripper tries to interfere, Ryan runs along the apron and delivers a flying spear to Ripper!

Zach Davis: This is chaos!

Shannan Lerch: They’re going to get counted out if they’re not careful!

Carr throws Rage into the ring and Anderson and Ryan keep Ripper and Burn out occupied by brawling on the outside. Carr lifts a dazed Road Rage and toe kicks him, delivering the Ultimate Stunner! Carr pins Road Rage, 1..2..3!!

Zach Davis: Wow! A quick win from Carr for his team!

Shannan Lerch: And a loss from the Dreadnoks in their return… but good to see them again.

Carr stands up and gets his arm raised... AND OUT NOWHERE HE'S HIT IN THE BACK WITH A CHAIR.

Zach Davis: What is this-

Shannan Lerch: OH MY GOD! Is that who I think it is?!

The man spins Carr around, kicks him in the gut...

Zach Davis: He's back!

And hits a Pedigree.

Shannan Lerch: HELLZ ANGEL!?

Hellz Angel, former WCF and NCW World Champion, stands over the fallen body of Steve Carr. He has a smile on his face and the fans are going crazy.

Zach Davis: Where the hell did he come from!? Where has he been!? This is crazy.

Hellz rolls out of the ring and heads to the back, the smile never leaving his face as he looks at Carr who has begun to get up, looking as confused as everyone else but a bit more angry.

Red River Mafia Segment

Cameras open up to the backstage area where the tag team champions, Red River Mafia are standing and awaiting their match. Hank Brown is on scene to catch an official interview.

Hank Brown: Hank here with an official interview for the current tag team champions, Red River Mafia. Rich “The Xtreme One” Marciano and Davey “The Savior” Boone, and they are here to clear up things concerning the tag team titles being placed on the line at Aftermath!

Both men appear in the view of the camera as they each have a title draped over their shoulders.

Davey “The Savior” Boone: You know Hank, it seems like “Team NCW” has a few things crossed here. Yes, the tag team titles are on the line at Aftermath against Team NCW in their chosen Extreme Cage Match. As boring as it sounds especially since we just got out of one of those, we will do as they wish no matter what in that area. However, we are placing our tag team titles on the line at Aftermath but Hank, what is Team NCW placing on the line? NOTHING! That’s right, so we feel they should place their TEAM on the line! We win the match and retain our tag team titles, Team NCW disbands and the NCW will be thrown out of WCF FOREVER! That’s the deal...

Hank Brown: What about their wishes of you guys becoming their slaves for 90 days if you guys lose?

Rich “The Xtreme One” Marciano: First of all, WE AREN’T LOSING! Second of all, that’s the dumbest idea I’ve ever heard in my life! That part of the equation doesn’t exist PERIOD! They can either accept our plan or we don’t place the tag team titles on the line at all at Aftermath!

Hank Brown: But, Team NCW defeated the Callaway Brothers for the number one contender to the tag team titles the..

Davey “The Savior” Boone: Wait a minute, they beat who?

Hank Brown: The Callaway Bro..

Davey “The Savior” Boone: EXACTLY! Their first match in the WCF and they qualify for the tag team title contendership? That’s a joke Hank, Team NCW gets a title shot by DEFAULT! Let’s just face it, there aren’t any other tag teams out there worthy of holding the tag team titles accept Red River Mafia. Team NCW isn’t doing anything, so they are the number one contenders due to default Hank. They didn’t EARN the title shot, but we’ll give it to them anyways and embarrass them like we will be doing here tonight!

The Red River Mafia leave Hank standing in view of the camera as it fades out and back on Zach Davis and Shannan Lerch at ringside.

Red River Mafia/Spike Kane vs Team NCW/Jay Williams

The lights dim out and a red siren light begins to flash wildly at the stage as Avenged Sevenfolds "The Wicked End" hits the sound system. On the screen we see a black image of a Spike Impailer being hit before a pyro explodes as the guitars kick in. The lights come back in, flashing crazily as Spike Kane walks out from the back, the fans booing as he grins, extending his arms and baling his fists. The lights flash wildly still and the siren light stops as Spike walks slowly down to the ring berrating the fans on his way. When Spike reaches the ring he rolls in under the bottom rope, he then climbs to his feet and climbs the turnbuckle outstretching his arms once again and balling his fists, tilting his head back...as the music fades. Spike drops to the mat and the lights return to normal.

“Memory Remains” by Metallica blares over the PA as the tag team champions Rich “The Xtreme One” Marciano and Davey “The Savior” Boone step through the curtain and pump their fists to every explosion! The crowd is going crazy as they high five the people in the first row and slide in under the ropes. They climb up on the turnbuckles, as a disgruntled Spike Kane just stares angrily at them. Boone pulls off his tag team belt and holds it up for everyone to see. He then hops down and walks over to Spike Kane and shows it to him. They hand their tag titles to the ring announcer.

Zach Davis: I’m not sure, but I don’t think Kane and Red River Mafia are even on the same page.

All of the lights in the arena shut off then as slow piano-like music intro of "Born of a Broken Man" by Rage Against The Machine fills the PA system...everybody knows who's coming out, but before the song kicks into high gear, it changes to something else, as the sounds of "The House of The Rising Sun" by The Animals starts playing, and it's nearly into the song because out comes Jay Williams to high crowd boos as he looks around to see the booing fans as he grins to the fans and to the camera, walking down to the ring with the song playing. Jay smiles as he runs up the stairs as the chorus blasts on and goes through the ring ropes pumped up and energetic. He gets in the ring, passing his opponent and/or the referee and gets on the turnbuckle raising both of his hands up in a "gun" like fashion before firing them off to the crowd, them chanting obscenities to Williams and booing him all to hell as the song fades out.

''Remedy'' By Seether hits as Outcast and Davey Ortega emerge from the back. The smile, Outcast giving the finger to the fans as Davey waves to them. They walk to the ring as confident as ever. They enter the ring holding up their hands. Outcast points over at Rich Marciano as the referee tells them to get to their corners.

Shannan Lerch: I’m not sure if Jay is on the same page as Team NCW!

Zach Davis: And factor in the possibility of Rick Mad making an appearance before the night is over as well!

Rich is the one about to start the match as is Jay Williams for their opponents. Rich is about to head towards the middle of the ring as the bell sounds, Spike tags himself in blindly. Rich is confused as Outcast tags himself in blindly as Williams is upset. Outcast and Spike circle the ring as they lock up and Outcast places him in a side headlock! Spike pushes him back into the ropes as Outcast comes off and nails him with a huge shoulder block take down! Spike rolls over as Outcast jumps over him and comes back off the ropes as Spike ducks a clothesline attempt and then swings wildly himself but is ducked by Outcast who lifts him up into a back suplex! Outcast makes the quick cover!

3.KICK OUT BY SPIKE!

Outcast looks over at Red River Mafia and start laughing as he picks up Spike Kane and plants him with a belly-to-belly suplex! Outcast signals for the end as he pulls Spike over to the corner in looks to perform The Black Out! Kane manages to escape via back body drop from the corner! Spike is crawling to his corner as Rich reaches out and is tagged in! Outcast manages to get a tag of his own as Jay Williams hops into the ring but is met with a huge clothes line by Rich Marciano! He’s back up and Rich nails him again! Jay’s back up and is knocked down again by Rich! Jay staggers back to his feet and walks over towards Rich who lifts him up and body slams him back to the mat! Rich picks him back up and places his head between his knees and points towards Outcast, he lifts him up CRADDLE PILEDRIVER! Rich makes the cover!

1...

2...

3..ORTEGA BREAKS THE COUNT UP! Boone attempts to come into the ring but the referee stops him as Jay tags in Ortega and both begin to double team Rich in the corner! The referee turns around and runs towards the corner, but not before Davey Boone enters the ring and knocks Williams off the apron! The referee pushes Boone back to the corner as Ortega lifts up Rich and swings him into the corner! Spike tags himself in again blindly as Ortega sprints towards the corner as Rich moves out of the way and Spike spears Ortega to the mat and makes the cover but doesn’t even get a 1 count before he kicks out! Ortega gets back to his feet and ducks a clothesline from Spike and reaches back REVERSE NECK BREAKER! Ortega has Spike set up perfectly and nails him with the GM Assault! He makes the cover!

1...

2...

3..SPIKE KICKS OUT! Ortega pulls Spike over to the corner as Jay Williams tags in again and starts to slap Kane. Outcast grabs the attention of the referee as Spike nails Williams with a low blow! Kane crawls over to his corner and tags in Davey Boone! Jay is back up but is knocked down by a huge flying forearm by Davey Boone! Boone grabs him as Jay is trying to fight out of the hold but Boone locks in the sharpshooter!! Williams looks like he’s about to tap out but not before Outcast enters the ring and nails Boone with a huge bulldog! The referee tells Outcast to get back to his corner as Rich is tagged into the match by Boone and Williams tags in Outcast! Both men meet in the center of the ring and begin pounding each other with rights and lefts as the referee is warning them both to watch the clinched fist!

Zach Davis: The two teams that are expected to lock up at Aftermath for the tag team titles are now going at it in the middle of the ring!

Rich swings Outcast into the corner but is reversed as Outcast follows up with a clothesline in the corner! He climbs the turnbuckle and grabs the head of Rich Marciano and TORNADO DDT!! Outcast makes a cover!

1...

2...

KICK OUT BY RICH! Outcast is mad as hell at the referee and thinks he should have counted faster! He’s up in the ref’s face until Boone mouths off something to him. Outcast walks over to Boone as they are mouthing off to each other with the referee getting in between them. Rich is back to his feet as he comes from behind Outcast and begins the rolling German suplexes!!! He connects with one as he rolls over and picks Outcast back up and struggles to get him for the second one but connects! Rich is fighting it with all of his might and GETS THE THIRD ONE OFF ON THE BIG MAN OUTCAST! Rich and Outcast are both down as the referee begins the mandatory 10 count!

Zach Davis: This crowd is literally going crazy for Red River Mafia spurring them on as the referee is at 5! Rich is almost to his feet and IS!

Rich begins to stagger as the referee acknowledges he’s back to his feet. He’s trying to walk over to his corner and make the tag. Outcast comes from behind with a roll up! HE’S GRABBING THE TIGHTS OF RICH!!

1...

2...

THE REFEREE NOTICES IT! He’s telling Outcast he can’t grab the tights like that as Outcast holds his arms up in victory. He’s arguing with the referee about the pin and even grabs him by the shirt. The referee pushes him away from him as Outcast turns around and Rich ROLLS UP OUTCAST INTO A SMALL PACKAGE!!!!

1..

2..

3..!!!! Spike Kane and Red River Mafia pick up the win!!!

Shannan Lerch: NOW THAT WAS A FAST COUNT!!!

Zach Davis: That’s what you get for trying to push around the referee! He’ll know better next time they are in a match!

Shannan Lerch: The next time will be in an Extreme Cage match where there won’t be roll up wins like this one tonight! Somebody will get their butt knocked out!

Outcast is furious as Red River Mafia quickly leave the ring and grab their tag team titles! Rick Mad has come through the crowd and entered the ring at an attempt to jump the tag team champions but they’ve already got the hell out of dodge! Spike Kane and Jay Williams come face to face in the middle of the ring as Outcast is about to snap himself! As Jay and Kane are about to come to blows, Outcast JUMPS THEM BOTH! Rick Mad grabs Spike Kane as Outcast and Ortega have Williams up in the NCW Domination! Davey Ortega leaps off the turnbuckle as they NAIL WILLIAMS!! Jay Williams is out cold in the middle of the ring as Rick Mad tosses Spike down to the mat and climbs out of the ring. He shoves the ring announcer out of a chair and slides the chair into the ring to Davey Ortega. Then Rick grabs a trashcan out from under the ring and climbs back into the ring with it! Ortega and Outcast have Kane set up...DOUBLE DDT ON THE STEEL CHAIR!!! Kane flops around like a fish out of water as blood is pouring from his face!!! OUTCAST HAS SNAPPED! Ortega and Mad lay the trashcan near the corner as Outcast lifts up Jay Williams to the turnbuckle. He lifts his arm as Williams is obviously still out cold. SUPERPLEX OFF THE TOP THROUGH THE TRASHCAN!!! The trashcan literally wraps around the body of Jay Williams as he just lays there! Team NCW finally get Outcast to leave the ring as EMTs enter it to attend to Spike and Jay!

Shannan Lerch: That could very well be the last time Outcast, Rick Mad, and Davey Ortega perform their tag team moves on their opponents EVER!

Zach Davis: What's been offered is Davey Boone and Rich Marciano put the tag team titles on the line in an Extreme Cage match at Aftermath against Team NCW. BUT, Team NCW must disband and never team together again if they lose to them! That's what the Red River Mafia wanted them to put on the line as they are putting their tag team gold on the line! Will Outcast accept this or will he decline it?

Shannan Lerch: I can tell you right now, the tag match later on this month is the LAST thing on his mind right now! He feels that he got screwed by the official!

Zach Davis: Shannan, HE WAS HOLDING THE TIGHTS!

Yard of Yearning Segment

"Beautiful Girls" by Sean Kingston hits the PA system, and we see that Lawnmower Jones is already in the ring. Inside the ring with him are five females and five lawnmowers, the contestants from "Yard of Yearning". Each female is decorated in a beautiful dress and standing, with their respected partners from the week with them. They have on smiles. The ring is covered in red carpet, and Jones has on his usual attire of overalls and a white wife beater. He has a microphone in his hand.)

Zach Davis: Well, if you saw Yard of Yearning this week…you've probably seen a new low in reality television history.

Shannan Lerch: What do you mean?

Zach Davis: Correct me if I'm wrong, but Lawnmower Jones engaged in a three way with a lawnmower and a crackwhore.

Shannan Lerch: How do you know?

Zach Davis: Did you hear the slurps?

Lawnmower Jones: Alright, people. It's time for the moment you've all been waiting for. Your weeks have revolved around this. I know this, because I got over thirty text messages! But I've come to my decision, and after reviewing the show, it was rather difficult.

The crowd boos.

Zach Davis: Just pick the hot one, Tish.

Shannan Lerch: Jones isn't trying to pick any "hot ones". He wants true love.

Lawnmower Jones: Tish, you were wonderful this week, coming in second place. And wow, do you look boneable.

The male audience in attendance hoots and hollers.

Lawnmower Jones: Jenny, you gave a valiant effort. By trying, you've shown you really did care. I respect you for that.

Zach Davis: Hm, a side of Jones I've never seen before.

Lawnmower Jones: Big Momma…what's there to say about you? You didn't even try. That, my lady, is very, very, very saddening.

Big Momma grabs the microphone from Jones.

Big Momma: Now hold on just one damn minute. I'm a lady. I don't need to do this. Jones, I love you. I wish I could say you felt the same way about me. But you don't. Instead, you want me to suffer and prove my love. Jones, one date with me, and I'll blow your mind away like my words were a blower.

Jones looks surprised and takes the microphone back. The crowd hoots, mockingly.

Shannan Lerch: Slut.

Zach Davis: You should know.

Shannan Lerch: I totally set myself up there.

Lawnmower Jones: Good. Because I'm not eliminating you this week. Instead, I'm eliminating you, Carla, and you Beth. You see, you both gave awesome efforts, and you put in some extra time. But Gonzales, come out here!

A Hispanic man with a white shirt and blue jeans runs to ring side. He stands next to Jones, who gives him the microphone.

Zach Davis: What the…?

Lawnmower Jones: (Mouthing the words) Tell them.

Gonzales: (Accent) Yoouuu see, senor…Carllaaa and Bettthhh and Gonzallleess went into your room and salsa'd naked whennnn you were on a date, senor.

Lawnmower Jones: You salsa'd with my contestants, Gonzales?

Gonzales: Si, senor.

Jones kicks Gonzales and hits the Rev the Engine. The crowd begins booing.

Lawnmower Jones: Gonzales…Beth…Carla…your ass is grass! And I'm the lawnmower! Youuu'rrree cuttttt! Now get out of my damn ring!

The girls all look shocked. "Beautiful Girls" by Sean Kingston hits the PA system as the remaining contestants walk off. Beth and Carla remain and look to help Gonzales.

Zach Davis: I think we need medical attention!

Seth Lerch's Representative vs Dehart

Zach Davis: It's now time to find out who Torture's opponent will be for Thirteen (XIII).

The lights dim and the opening of "Deserver" by local Iowa band Index Case plays, At 22 seconds when the lyrics come in with "fuck your memories," Dehart emerges from the back to red lights fading in and out. Dehart is wearing a white camo beanie with a bill backwards, and a red star on the front, the signature hat of WWE superstar Edge. The crowd cheers him on, headbanging to the song. Dehart himself headbangs a little as he walks down the ramp and toward the ring. As Dehart reaches the apron, he slides in and throws up some devil horns, which the crowd does back. Dehart then pounds his chest twice and takes off the Edge hat before going to a corner and placing his head on the top turnbuckle.

Shannan Lerch: I feel bad for little MCE Man here, not knowing who he will face or anything.

The crowd begins buzzing as the lights slowly fade out. A spotlight comes from behind the entryway, giving us a silloutte of a man.

Zach Davis: Who is it?

"Not Afraid" by Our Lady Peace hits the PA system, and the crowd collectively gasps. The lights come on, showing who it is.

Shannan Lerch: WHAT?!

Zach Davis: NO!

Yes indeed, standing on the ramp is "Marvelous" Mike Maida. Mike stands there, smirk on his face. Seth Lerch walks out behind Mike, clapping and laughing at the fans.

Shannan Lerch: Torture nearly killed this man a year ago!

Zach Davis: This is quite the opponent, if I do say so!

Maida makes his way down to the ring followed by Seth, Dehart watching on in disbelief. Mike gets in the ring while Seth stands on the outside, and the ref calls for the bell. Maida and Dehart tie up, Mike pushing Dehart into the corner and delivering a knee to the gut, a belly to belly suplex out of the corner, and jumps back landing on Dehart with a headlock. Maida grinds his arm into the side of Dehart's head. After a few seconds, Mike transitisions down to an anle lock, turning Dehart over and working on the ankle. Dehart quickly and smartly makes his way to the ropes.

Zach Davis: Mike Maida throwing down a technical masterpiece.

The two men go to tie up again, but Dehart ducks behind and grabs Maida in a waistlock, throwing him back in a German Suplex! Mike kind of rolls through it though, and comes back with a clothesline, which Dehart ducks. Maida hits the ropes and eats a drop toe hold, followed up by a low dropkick to the head and a quick pin!

1!

2!

Maida easily kicks out right at two. Dehart picks Maida up, sends him into the ropes ,and goes for It Came from Hyrule, only to have Maida stay on the ropes. Dehart rushes but Mike dropkicks Dehart's shins, sending him into a front flip into the ropes!

Zach Davis: Inside out!

Maida drags Dehart to the middle of the ring, picks him up and drops him with a Fisherman Brainbuster!

Shannan Lerch: The Marvelous Migrane Maker!

Mike goes for a pin...

1!

2!

No! Kickout! Dehart gets a shoulder up. Mike Maida quickly goes for a Texas Cloverleaf, his finisher, The Marvelator, but Dehart fights him off and gets to the ropes. Mike stomps at Dehart, wasting time. Maida sends Dehart into the ropes and eats It Came from Hyrule, but as Maida was falling he hit the ref!

Shannan Lerch: Ref bump!

Dehart goes out to the apron and jumps up to the top rope, and to the other looking for the Moon Knight Sault, but Seth Lerch jumps to the apron and grabs Dehart's ankles, causing Dehart to fall straight back on the back of his head, folding over! Maida stands groggily and slaps on The Marvelator as the ref is waking up.

Zach Davis: Marvelator! Marvelator! It's over!

Dehart tries to get to the bottom rope, and does, but Seth pulls the rope back behind the ref who is checking on Dehart. Mike pulls Dehart back to the middle of the ring and he has no choice but to tap out.

Shannan Lerch: Mike Maida picks up the victory!

JJ Biggs Interview

Hank Brown, WCF's backstage reporter, is sitting comfortably on the leather sofa in what looks to be the living room of the home of former WCF superstar, JJ Biggs. Sitting perpendicular to sofa in a matching recliner is JJ Biggs himself. Brown seems eager to start the interview and as soon as he gets the O.K. from the cameraman he does so.

Hank Brown: Ladies and gentlemen, I'm Hank Brown. I'm sitting in the living room of former WCF World Champion JJ Biggs. As most of you know, he'll be returning for one match and one match only at Creeping Death's XIII. JJ, as most of us are wondering, how have you been? It's been quite sometime since any of us have seen you.

JJ Biggs: I've been pretty good.

Hank Brown: That's good. What made you decide to come back for this match against the current WCF People's Champion, Lance Ryan?

JJ Biggs: There are many reasons that I could use to answer that particular question. He and I have a history that dates back to around the beginning of my career. He and I have been in quite a few matches in the past and all of that. His history is pretty similar to the history that I have with Reckless Jack. Also, I had this sour taste in my mouth that just hasn't gone away ever since my last show in this company a few months ago. I just didn't want to end my career with a loss, which is how it ended, sadly.

Hank Brown: So you've decided to come back to hopefully end your career with a victory?

JJ Biggs: That, yes, and I just want to step back into the ring with Lance Ryan again. He and I have had some great matches in the past. Both of us have held many championships in our careers, we've been compared to each other numerous times, and it'll be nice to just see who truly is the better man between the two of us.

Hank Brown: If you were to lose this match, would you stay here in WCF for another match to end your career the way you want?

JJ Biggs: Absolutely not. At this point, my match with Lance Ryan is going to be my last. I've learned to never say never in my career as a wrestler, but I've been happy away from wrestling..but I'll be a lot happier knowing I ended my career by beating one of the best this business has ever seen.

Hank Brown: When you say one of the best, would you say that Lance Ryan is better than you?

JJ Biggs: Ha. Now you're pushing it, Hank. He's good, but he's not that good. I'd like to remind you of a something I used to say quite often, Hank. Lance Ryan could train all day long, eat all kinds of vitamins, drink a lot of milk, do whatever the hell he wants to become better at what he does -- all while I just sit on my ass. He trains, I sit. After all of that, he still wouldn't be better than me.

Hank Brown: Why is that?

JJ Biggs: Because I was born better, Hank.

Hank Brown: Well, you've heard it here, folks. Lance Ryan versus JJ Biggs at XIII! Appears to be a lot of history behind this match and Biggs seems to be confident that he'll get the victory. Thank you for taking the time to conduct this interview, JJ.

JJ Biggs: No problem.

Both men get to their feet and shake hands as the scene slowly fades away.

Index Three vs Creeping Death/Epic/Dave Holland

There's an almost orchestral hum of feedback over the speakers. The lights throughout the arena rise to blinding levels. It's an actual whiteout. An eerie sounding piano begins to play just a few notes. A few moments later it's bass notes start playing and a drum starts ticking along. Shortly after the drums begin playing properly. During this time a light mist covers the stage. A guitar suddenly cuts in a couple of times as the lights drop suddenly like a power cut. Then everything kicks off together and an explosion of white fireworks explodes about the tron as out onto the stage runs a man dressed in his traditional white wrestling tights with silver trim and a plain white training jacket. He jumps in the air and spins around greeting his massive fanbase. Above him the tron shows off just who he is. The man looks up and smiles as he looks at it.

Zach Davis: Dave Holland, Number One Contender to the Television Title around Ragnal’s waist.

As the lyrics for the first verse are sang, Dave goes to one side of the stage, hyping up that part of the crowd. He then gives a big ol' thumbs up to them before returning to the other side of the stage and doing the same there. The crowd are chanting furiously over the song but can barely be heard. Dave likes his music loud.

Dave makes his way to the top of the ramp during the refrain at the end of the verse. As the chorus kicks off a huge ticker tape explosion goes off above the stage. It flitters about the entire crowd though.

Dave skips down the ramp sideways facing the crowd on one side, hi fiving every single hand he can reach. About a third of the way down he switches sides but does the same thing.

During the instrumental section Dave slides into the ring with a huge charge. He jumps up and looks around quickly.

He climbs the turnbuckle nearest the most die hard of his fans just as the instrumental comes to an end. The now infamous Die-Hard-Holland-Fans. He flicks them a two fingered salute (salute with two fingers... not a metaphor). He then looks around the rest of the crowd and beats his breast twice before raising his fist high into the air.

Dave charges across the ring to the opposite turnbuckle. He leaps straight to the top and does the same again, beating his breast and raising his fist into the air. He jumps back down and returns to the centre of the ring as the music fades out and he waits, warming up as he does so.

Shannan Lerch: Longest entrance ever.

The lights go out and the arena is blanketed in darkness. “Perfect Strangers” blares through the building and several spots flash on the ring and all the way up the entrance way. The spotlights shine of all different colors, but in the middle of each light is the letter “E” in a gold color light. Suddenly there is a quick pyro explosion, the spotlights disappear and the arena’s light turn back on. Standing at the entrance way is Epic. He slowly makes his way to the ring, once he gets to the ring steps he removes his robe and finally makes way in the ring.

Zach Davis: Epic tapped immediately to the Lockdown last week in order to save himself from injury at Striker’s hands.

Shannan Lerch: Wise move on his behalf.

The lights slowly fade to black. Bells toll as the screen shows shots of a big wooden cross wrapped in barbed wire. It's a sunny day as the "happy" opening to "The Light That Blinds" by Shadows Fall plays. The crowd goes along with the sounds. "Doo-da-doo dooing" along with it. As the song gets darker and darker, the sunny day turns to night. Black clouds roll in and rain begins falling on the cross. Lightning crashes about. As the lightning crashes, white lights in the arena flash. When the song kicks up, thirty four seconds in, the entire crowd begins headbanging in unison and throwing the horns in the air as the lights come on just a tad, giving light to the dark. Standing on the stage is Creeping Death, wearing a black hoodie with the hood up, arms stretched out in a crucifix fashion, in his left hand, the WCF Hardcore Title. CD stands there for a second or thirty, until the vocals start, taking in the crowd's reaction. Then he slowly makes his way down the ramp, looking out into the audience. As he reaches the ring, he slides in under the bottom rope, and pops to his feet. CD walks over to a turnbuckle, jumps to the middle rope facing the crowd, throws the horns in the air with his right hand, and the WCF Hardcore Title up in his left as the crowd cheers. CD drops down, takes the hoodie off, hands the WCF Hardcore Title to the ref and then takes a seat on the top turnbuckle, awaiting the match to begin.

Zach Davis: The ever dangerous Creeping Death, WCF’s Hardcore Champion.

Shannan Lerch: I’m really not sure about these men and their ability to co-exist, Zach. CD won’t be happy that Epic caused him to lose last week and Holland is essentially a new wrestler, and CD never gets along with them. And Epic will surely have problems with working with someone who isn’t established enough to increase his prestige.

Zach Davis: All the same, Shannan, Holland will want to prove his worth here, this is a main event contest.

“I’ve seen it before...”

The crowd explode and are on their feet!

Shannan Lerch: Index Three at the height of popularity here.

"Social Register Fanclub" by Boysetsfire hits the arena as the lights dim. A sharp blue light starts fanning around the arena, quickening its pace until the main guitars enter. All lights go off at this point for a few seconds until the chorus hits, when everything lights up and pyro explodes at the stage. Danny Vice and Mike Ragnal explode from under the stage through trapdoors and Skyler Striker jumps out from the central entrance. They all converge as they walk down the ramp and enter the ring, Ragnal and Vice going to the turnbuckle and Striker going to the opposite ropes to cheers from the crowd. They switch turnbuckles and rope and repeat, then meet in the middle as three separate blue rocket pyros explode from the ring. Striker and Ragnal hold their titles high as the music fades.

Zach Davis: All three members of Index Three, united as one, two titles between them, and an attitude like no other. This group could be the new Team of Treachery.

Shannan Lerch: Bollocks.

The lights suddenly go out.

Zach Davis: What’s going on here?

Shannan Lerch: Zach, are you doing what I think you’re doing over there? Shees, the lights go out and you can't even contain yourself.

Zach Davis: That's just sick. Wait a minute, look at the titantron.

A dark image fills the titantron. The image is very dark and blurry, but the dark image of a figure is barely visible. It's hard to tell who it is or anything.

Shannan Lerch: What is that?

Zach Davis: I don't know. It's really hard to make out. It's all blurred...I..I can't make out what it is.

Shannan Lerch: Look Zach. There's a message now.

All at once, a dark voice begins speaking the very words scrawled across the titantron.

Dark Voice: Behold the Riders of doom...and the one that leads them, still lives. The burn from within yearns for vengeance. Just when you thought it was all over... that there was just nothing more that Johnny Craven could do to you...the shadows lurk again. This time, they’re coming for Danny Vice. Vice, for the next three weeks, the darkness you fear, will break you down mentally...keep you second guessing yourself, and second guessing Creeping Death, and even your Index Three...every waking moment you'll spend constantly looking over your shoulder, looking for Johnny Craven, looking at your....OWN....SHADOW. The Riders of the Night WILL come forth and find thy Danny Vice...and once they get a hold of your soul...your life will be turned completely upside down, and everything you once that was real...will MEAN NOTHING! Then at Aftermath....it begins....again.

Then, Johnny Craven’s gong rings out throughout the entire arena. Every one in the ring is looking around frantically, expecting Johnny Craven to appear. The crowd is also going nuts, expecting the same thing. Instead, the message disappears from the titantron, and the lights come back on. Then, the referee calls for the bell, and the main event match is on. The six men face each other down, Ragnal looking at Holland and holding his title, Creeping Death staring Vice down with hatred in his eyes, and Epic and Striker both holding their own versions of the WCF Championship. The referee looks at everyone and takes their titles with a little apprehension. The two groups divide and Index Three chooses Ragnal to start their match, with Holland on the other side being pushed into it by CD and Epic.

Zach Davis: And we’re underway with Ragnal and Holland, the two people involved in the Television Title scene at the moment.

Ragnal locks up with Holland and the two duel for superiority, but Holland just squeaks an edge over Ragnal and pulls Ragnal forward to nail a gutbuster. Ragnal doubles over on the mat and Holland tags in Epic, who enters the ring to a chorus of boos. Epic lifts Ragnal and hits a scoop slam before hitting the ropes and coming back with an elbow drop. Epic lifts Ragnal but Ragnal manages to throw Epic off and dives to the I3 corner, tagging in Striker. The crowd EXPLODE as Striker enters the ring with Epic but Epic sees Striker and backs off himself, tagging in Creeping Death, which triggers another crowd explosion!

Zach Davis: This is what it’s all about, Shannan! A preview of next week!

Shannan Lerch: They both suck.

Striker and CD forgo the locking up and duel immediately with rights and lefts to the face, and it is Striker who this time gets the advantage for his team by ducking a CD right hand and giving CD a toe kick, giving him enough time to grab CD by the head and nail a sitout facebuster. Striker crawls over the face-down CD and grabs him by the legs, but CD fights it out and manages to escape, kicking Striker in the temple with a brutal shot.

Zach Davis: Look at the speed CD reacted to that with! Avoid the Lockdown at all costs!

CD stands and stares at Striker, who has a very cheeky grin on his face. CD shrugs and runs forward, nailing Striker extremely quickly with an enzuigiri and holding his foot behind Striker’s head until it hits the mat for extra impact. The impact actually opens a small wound in Striker’s head and blood begins to trickle down. CD grins and goes to the top rope, but Striker crawls over to his side with all speed and tags in Vice, the crowd cheering wildly for another upcoming showdown. Vice rushes CD as he jumps down from the turnbuckle and hits a running clothesline on CD, but the momentum carries him into the enemy corner and Epic uses the advantage to hit Vice in the head with a sharp right hand. The referee sees this and goes to the corner, reprimanding Epic, but this distraction allows Striker to enter the ring and grab a distracted CD, hook his arms and get him in position for the Last Chance DDT, and Vice, seeing the opportunity, completes the manoeuvre and lifts CD’s legs, allowing Striker to nail a vertebreaker piledriver.

Shannan Lerch: Cheating! Cheating!

Zach Davis: A window of opportunity allowed Index Three to hit the Last Chance Piledriver on Creeping Death! He’ll be feeling the effects of that! And don’t you hate CD?

Shannan Lerch: I hate them all except Epic. He’s just so...so... EPIC!

Zach Davis: I freaking hate you.

The referee turns around just as Striker exits the ring. Vice covers Creeping Death, 1..2..no, CD kicks out. Vice hits the ropes and comes back, jumping over the downed CD, ready to hit the other ropes but CD swings his legs around to trip Vice over, and Vice’s momentum causes him to hang himself on the ropes. He rebounds from the hit into the waiting arms of CD, who gets Vice in position and sunset flips to hit the Eulogy of the Dead to Vice!

Shannan Lerch: Nasty move there to Vice!

Zach Davis: I don’t think he’ll try to end it here...

And indeed Creeping Death, seeing Striker and Ragnal ready run into the ring as soon as he tries to pin Vice, sighs, rolls his eyes and runs straight at the enemy corner, jumps onto the turnbuckle in one shot, and jumps a little into the air, kicking both Striker and Vice off the apron and onto the floor below. As if that wasn’t enough, CD jumps into the air and spins horizontally and falling onto both men, causing all three to collapse on the outside!

Shannan Lerch: Show-off.

With three men outside the legal fighting area, the referee naturally has to go and check on them, and then anarchy ensues. Vice, still slightly dazed, is attacked by Epic. Holland then gets into the ring and instead of attacking Vice, Holland tries to stop Epic doing it. Epic turns to Holland and shoves him hard, and Holland shoves back. Epic toe kicks Holland and lifts him in the air for a vertical suplex, but instead drops Holland on his neck to nail the Epic Falls!

Zach Davis: This is chaos! Epic has attacked his own tag partner for stopping him attacking Danny Vice, whose two partners are outside fighting off Creeping Death!

Indeed Creeping Death is having a hard time fighting off both Ragnal AND Striker, and so he retreats around the ring, but he is tackled in midair by a suicide dive from a recovered Danny Vice!

Shannan Lerch: What the hell?!

Zach Davis: I am so lost right now.

Epic, in the middle of the ring, lifts a dazed Holland to his feet and nails the Sacrament of the Damned before exiting the ring and walking out, taking careful measure to avoid Ragnal and Striker, both of whom are attacking CD on the outside along with Vice.

Zach Davis: Walking out on his own partners! Epic is clearly not looking to take any pain before Aftermath, but he won’t be able to avoid Striker for long.

Shannan Lerch: Wise move from the Champ.

Zach Davis: For the last time, Striker is the champion. Epic has the V5 belt.

Shannan Lerch: Believe what you want.

As Epic walks up the ramp, CD manages to gain a brief advantage, throwing his opponents off him and grabbing Vice, nailing For Whom The Bell Tolls on Vice! Ragnal, briefly shaken, looks at the ring and the referee, who is shaking his head in dismay, not even knowing who the legal man is and not bothering to count anyone out. Ragnal also spots Holland and rolls into the ring, seeing his opportunity.

Zach Davis: Uh oh! Look at the entrance!

From nowhere, Torture comes running from the back!

Shannan Lerch: Crap.

Epic, who is almost at the top of the ramp, does not avoid Torture, and this amounts to a mistake as Torture grabs Epic in his run and nails a RUNNING Torture’s Device! Torture quickly stands and rushes into the ring, and breaks up a two count from Ragnal on Holland before delivering another Torture’s Device to Ragnal in the ring! The ref figures to throw the rules out the window and just wait for a pinfall for some obscene reason and so Torture heads to the outside, diving onto Striker to help Creeping Death!

Zach Davis: This is chaos.

The two begins assaulting Striker before from nowhere, Torture hears a roar from the crowd and turns to receive a HARD Outkast kick from Vice, who is back on his feet! Creeping Death turns to Vice and grabs him, and begins the Antichrist’s Welcome.

Shannan Lerch: Uh-oh...

Striker, however, escapes from the chaos and crawls into the ring. Epic has made his way to the ring now as well. Without thinking, Striker rushes to Epic and spins him, nailing the Final Revelation and immediately following up with the Lockdown!

Zach Davis: Striker has Epic in the Lockdown! It’s over!

And indeed, Epic taps to the Lockdown before Creeping Death stands after having delivered the Antichrist’s Welcome to Vice on the outside. “Social Register Fanclub” hits the arena as Ragnal is still out in the ring, Holland is wincing, Striker is getting to his feet, Torture is also getting his balance on the outside, Vice is laid out. The referee rings the bell and Index Three are announced the winners, but CD ignores this and gets into the ring, grabbing Striker by the arm and spinning him, pumphandling him before holding Striker in position for a few seconds and then letting him go with a smile on his face.

Shannan Lerch: What’s this all about? Is anyone on anyone’s side here?

CD spins Striker face to face and looks him in the eyes, giving him the ‘watching you’ gesture before sliding out of the ring. Striker is handed his World Championship from the outside and he holds it high as CD looks on with an eager smile on his face on the ramp. Torture exits with CD, looking Striker in the eyes with a strange look on his face. Vice crawls up to his knees and gets in the ring as Ragnal stands as well, Index Three once more standing tall. Holland heads to the back, shaking his head at the loss and looking at Ragnal with frustration.

Zach Davis: That was chaos. Index Three pick up the win, but not a man came out of that without a brief shake.

All three members of Index Three are in the ring, when suddenly, Johnny Craven’s gong rings out again. Then the lights go out, and fire erupts along the ramp way. Index Three is going berserk right now, as is the crowd. The lights come back on, and JOHNNY CRAVEN IS IN THE RING! And he’s going right after Danny Vice.

Zach Davis: How in the hell is Craven doing this? He took a massive chair shot to the head, with his own chair mind you, at the hands of Danny Vice last week. He really shouldn't be here.

Shannan Lerch: I thought he had to get a doctor's release before he could step into a wrestling ring? Well, he's here and this place has gone nuts.

Zach Davis: I spoke too soon. The numbers game is catching up to Craven. Now, Skyler Striker has a steel chair in hand, and Ragnal has Craven's arms. No don't do this!

THWACK! Striker has just nailed Johnny Craven in the back with a chair.

Zach Davis: Craven really shouldn’t have come out here. I know he's courageous, but this is Index Thr----

Suddenly Craven's gong ring again. Then the lights go out again. Whispers begin to fill the arena, as Craven's name is being called out in a loud whisper as well. As this happens, fire erupts from the ramp and bikers ride down to the ring.

Shannan Lerch: Who are they? Wait, are...are they the..

Zach Davis: It's them. It's the Shadow Riders. Craven was right! They're here! Wait...what's going to happen here?

The bikers quickly climb into the ring, and Index Three quickly exits and backs up the ramp, as Danny Vice has a very worried look on his face. Then the lights go completely out, and when they come back on, the ring is completely empty.

Zach Davis: Well, that’s all we’ve got time for, folks!

Shannan Lerch: We may or may not see you at XIII!

Slam fades to black.
