Slam Intro

Kids by MGMT hits and Slam is on the air!

Zach Davis: Welcome to the first Slam following Aftermath! This is the aftermath of Aftermath.

Shannan Lerch: Redundant!

Zach Davis: We actually DO have an Aftermath rematch tonight, as Johnny Reb takes on Torture one more time... however, this match is for the GWC World Heavyweight Title. And it is a ladder match.

Shannan Lerch: Torture used that Title to smash Reb in the face to retain the WCF belt. Reb is one of the last true GWC competitors here, so of course he'd probably take exception to the way Torture defeated him.

Zach Davis: Seth Lerch has declared that this is the end of the GWC Title in WCF - no more defenses or GWC Title matches. This is it. Torture wins, he's the last ever GWC Champ. Reb wins and the belt is his.

Shannan Lerch: As for the WCF World Title, we have a big contendership match. Ryan Daniels takes on Dake Ken versus Logan vs Tank Reaper.

Zach Davis: Four huge stars in one match. Obviously the favorites to win are the head of the Team of Treachery, Logan, and of course, Dake Ken, who has been on a mission for the WCF World Title ever since arriving.

Shannan Lerch: Tank Reaper and Ryan Daniels are the darkhorses. Reaper, of course, would love to win the World Title and impress some ladies. It would certainly impress me!

Zach Davis: Taking you out for dinner at Burger King impresses you, Shannan.

Shannan Lerch: Shut up.

Zach Davis: We have a US Title match that, quite frankly, I'm very intrigued in. Corey Black takes on Mikami. Mikami challenged Corey Black last week, almost in a panic, after he'd been warned that he had one month...

Shannan Lerch: One month until what? Who is this SK guy that has been controlling Mikami all this time?

Zach Davis: I don't know, and I doubt we'll find out until he wants us to find out.

Shannan Lerch: We have an exhibition bout between Jack of Blades and Slickie T. Slickie T debuted at Aftermath with an impressive victory, and tonight he's up against former World Champion, Jack of Blades. I can't wait to see what these two can do in the ring together.

Zach Davis: And the losers in the aforementioned match face each other one on one tonight: Chris Avery up against Johnny Anthrax. Should be a good one.

Shannan Lerch: Let's get to the show!

Chris Avery vs Johnny Anthrax

Zach Davis: Welcome back to Monday Night Slam ladies and gentlemen. Already in the ring is Avery and Anthrax ready to duke it out.

Shannan Lerch: Avery has been on a binge as of late for fighting for justice and righteousness, while Anthrax loves the beer.

Zach Davis: Who doesn't Lerch? Who doesn't?

Avery gets the advantage first by putting Anthrax in the corner. Avery irish whips Anthrax into the corner and hits a huge body splash. Anthrax stumbles out and Avery hits a huge belly suplex. Avery pins but it's a quick two. Avery goes for a dropkick but Anthrax swipes it away. Anthrax then goes for a ground and pound style game where left and right punches are being thrown and wild speeds. The crowd begins to boo as Avery tries to roll his way out. The ref breaks them apart and Avery gets back on the offensive with a hip toss and a quick leg drop. Anthrax gets up and hits a big boot out of nowhere.

Zach Davis: Who doesn't love no-selling?

Anthrax throws Avery into the corner and begins a flurry of more punches. Anthrax throws Avery into the opposite corner and when he stumbles out Anthrax lifts him up into a DVD position. Avery kicks out of it but when he lands on his feet, Anthrax picks him up into a back breaker! Anthrax pins Chris Avery!

Shannan Lerch: Only a two count!

Anthrax picks up Avery and throws him out of the ring. Anthrax taunts but the crowd doesn't seem to be on his side. He gets a bit flustered and angry and slides outside and beats down Avery. Which pisses off the crowd even more. The crowd begins to chant Avery's name.

Zach Davis: Who doesn't love chanting in WCF?

Anthrax tells the crowd to shut it and flips them the bird. Anthrax throws Avery into the ring. Johnny Anthrax gets on the apron and taunts towards the crowd turning his back on Avery whose getting to his feet on the inside of the ring. Avery dropkicks Anthrax off the apron into the guardrail chin-first to the crowds delight. Avery springboards over the ropes and lands with a massive cross body on Anthrax. Avery pops up and the crowd goes bizurk. Avery rolls Anthrax inside the ring. Avery slides in as well.

Shannan Lerch: Avery might be looking to finish him off.

Zach Davis: Who hasn't heard that one befor..

Shannan Lerch: Really? Seriously Zach? REALLY?

Zach Davis: Sorry.

Shannan Lerch: AVERY IS GOING FOR THE C NOTE!

Avery really is. However, Anthrax fights him off and goes for a clothesline, Avery ducks and when Anthrax turns around Avery hits the Chi-Town Smash! Anthrax flips out and lands on his head and rolls to his back. Avery makes the pin!

Zach Davis: One!

Shannan Lerch: Two! and Three! It's over!

Zach Davis: Chris Avery is victorious..

Shannan Lerch: Avery walks away the winner while Johnny Anthrax put up another solid performance just couldn't close it out.

Avery rolls out of the ring while Anthrax slowly gets up and holds his head. Anthrax argues with the ref for a bit. The ref leaves the ring and Johnny demands a microphone. He sells the stiff bump to his head and begins yelling at the crowd.

Johnny Anthrax: SHUT UP! You SHUT UP. I almost beat that sneaky little guy and you guys went and ruined it! You're supposed to be on my side! If you can't cheer for me, someone whose a real american hero obviously then it must be time for this...

The crowd awaits..

Johnny Anthrax: It must be time for Johnny Anthrax to start doing things his way. Screw the wrestling, it's time for fighting. I'm going to my old ways and my old ways was you fight first, you fight second. There is no time for questions! Whoever gets in my way is another victim of the Anthrax scare! You hear me?

The crowd boos.

Johnny Anthrax: SHUT UP. JUST... SHUT UP!

Anthrax' music hits.

Zach Davis: Anthrax is obviously not dealing with this whole crowd kind of boos for the bad guys, cheers for the good guys thing.

Shannan Lerch: No he's not.

Johnny Reb Segment

A lone camera follows Johnny Reb, still in his street clothes, as he strides determinedly down a hallway. He halts only briefly before a door bearing a nameplate inscribed with the name of his employer. Johnny doesn’t bother knocking; he’s clearly in no mood to be polite. Instead, he opens the door and steps inside.

Sitting behind a desk, partially obscured by a figurative mountain of paperwork, Seth Lerch looks up, annoyed at the interruption.

Seth Lerch: You want something, Johnny?

It’s more a statement than a question.

Johnny Reb: Yeah, actually. I wanna goddamn rematch.

The WCF owner rolls his eyes and heaves a tired sigh.

Seth Lerch: Listen, Johnny...

Reb takes a step forward, stabbing the air with a finger

Johnny Reb: No, you listen. That son of a bitch Torture robbed me of a perfectly valid opportunity. I woulda won –

Seth holds up a hand to silence his wayward employee.

Seth Lerch: Just shut up a minute, ok?

Johnny scowls darkly, but holds his tongue.

Seth Lerch: There’s already a contendership match tonight. I can’t do anything to change that now, even if I wanted to – which I don’t. You had your shot, you blew it. Get over it.

Reb casts his eyes heavenward as he takes a minute to consider. After a moment, he directs his attention back to his employer, a slightly disturbing smirk replacing the former expression of resentment. When he finally speaks, his tone is almost conciliatory.

Johnny Reb: Ok, boss. Whatever you say.

With that, the Inveterate Confederate turns on his heel and stalks out the door, leaving a somewhat bemused Seth Lerch behind.

Slickie T vs Jack of Blades

Zach Davis: And now for an exhibition match. Slickie T, Allen Guiliano, up against Jack of Blades.

Shannan Lerch: Why call it an exhibition match? How is it any different than any singles match?

Zach Davis: Shut up, thats just what we're calling it!

The arena fades to black as a red, white, and green spotlights begin to circle the crowd and a red glow appears on the left side of the stage, a white glow in the middle, and a green glow on the right, as “Gravesend (Lake of Fire)” by Lordz of Brooklyn begins to blast over the speakers and the three lights come together in the center of the stage where Slickie T stands with his back turned to the crowd, his arms extended to form the shape of a “T”. He watches as the screen shows a roulette wheel spinning as the pill comes to settle on the green 00 space and the camera zooms in on the pill until the screen becomes completely white and then “Slickie T the Ace of Hardcore” scrolls across the screen in black in front of a waving Italian flag. Slickie then quickly turns as the pill settles in the 00 space and red, white, and green pyros explode behind him as he slowly makes his way down the ramp, slapping hands with those who are reaching out to him. As he reaches the ring, he quickly climbs the ring stairs, looking out over the crowd before grabbing the top rope and vaulting over the top of it and into the middle of the ring. After glancing over the crowd with a thin smile on his face, he climbs a turnbuckle and throws his arms out once again to form a “T” before backflipping off the top turnbuckle and back into the middle of the ring as the lights come up once again.

Shannan Lerch: I say this without hesitation: Slickie T is probably the single most promising new superstar to join WCF thus far. Bar none.

Zach Davis: Yes, which is exactly the same thing we were saying about Jack of Blades when he joined WCF all those years ago. He's developed into a legendary figure here, and this isn't going to be an easy task for Guiliano.

Ennio Morricone's 'Das Duell' begins to play. Simultaneously, a deep crimson envelops the entire arena. The red is dispelled with two sharp pyres of fireworks coming from the ramp. As the pyro clears and the video evolves, the camera pulls to the top of the ramp where Jack of Blades is kneeling in ceremony. Soon after, Jack of Blades moves upwards to his feet and poses as if he were being crucified; his arms leant out, his body forced forwards. At the same time, a red rain of sparks fall from behind him where the curtain lays, adding effect. As the 'rain' dies down, two walls of flame burst from the each side of the ramp and Jack sets down it, his face changing from ecstatic grin to professional glare. When at the ring, he slides through the bottom rope and spends a few moments on the canvas as if establishing the surroundings before charismatically getting to his feet by spinning on his heels. At his feet, he launches himself onto the second rope of a turnbuckle, sideways, and reveals to the crowd a red rose from his trenchcoat pocket, raising it up beyond his head with one hand before catching it in his other and crushing it. This cues a steady stream of rose petals to fall from the ceiling around him as he apes the same crucifix gesture.

Shannan Lerch: The Bastard Clown has arrived.

The bell rings. Slickie T and Jack of Blades move towards each other, each of them cautious of the other. Jack motions for a test of strength, and as soon as Slickie T lets his guard down a little bit, Jack kicks him in the stomach. Jack follows up with several forearms to Slickie T's head before throwing him to the ropes. Slickie T bounces back and Jack catches him in a Tazplex!

Zach Davis: Big move, right off the bat!

Jack quickly pins Slickie T, hooking the leg.

One.

Two.

Guiliano kicks out.

Shannan Lerch: Not gonna put Slickie T down that easily, but I think Jack is taking this seriously.

Zach Davis: He isn't going to make the mistake of thinking this is just some rookie nobody.

Jack stomps on Guiliano a few times before bouncing off the ropes and dropping a Harley Race style knee right to Guiliano. He then grabs Slickie T's leg and gets him into an Ankle Lock!

Shannan Lerch: Ahh! Ankle Lock!

Zach Davis: That is NOT a move you want locked in in the early goings of this match. If Slickie T's leg is injured now, there is virtually no way to come back and win this match against someone of Jack of Blades' calibur, in my opinion.

But luckily for Guiliano, he has plenty of energy at this point, and is able to quickly scramble to the ropes. The ref instructs Blades to break the hold, and Blades obliges... at the very last second before the ref would be forced to call the disqualification, of course. Blades picks Guiliano up, but Guiliano now begins fighting back, hitting several shots to Jack's midsection. Jack reels back and runs at Guiliano, who is now to his feet, and goes for a Clothesline. Guiliano ducks it and as Jack turns, Slickie T hits a Standing Dropkick, sending Jack down. Jack is immediately back to his feet, and Guiliano hits another Dropkick. Jack gets to his feet one more time before Guiliano snaps off a Hurricanrana into rollup pin!

One!

Two!

No! Jack gets out of it.

Shannan Lerch: Big flurry of offense from Slickie T!

Jack rolls out of the ring, but Slickie T looks to press his advantage. He runs and executes a Suicide Dive!..

Zach Davis: OH!

But Jack gets out of the way at the last second! Slickie T is sent right into the guardrail. The fans near said guardrail roar and act crazy, of course. Jack smiles and waits for Guiliano to get to his feet before grabbing him... and executing an Overhead Belly to Belly Suplex, over the guardrail, sending Guiliano into the crowd!

Shannan Lerch: Now THIS is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Jack rolls back into the ring quickly to stop the ref's ring out count before sliding back to the outside and climbing over the guardrail and into the crowd. He picks Guiliano up and hits him several times before hooking him for a Vertical Suplex, which he executes, sending Guiliano again over the guardrail. And again Blades climbs over the guardrail. He picks Slickie T up and slides him into the ring.

Zach Davis: Blades with a firm advantage here.

Jack bides his time, waiting for Slickie T to stand on his own free will, which he eventually does... Jack grabs Guiliano by the throat and executes his Trading Places maneuver!

Shannan Lerch: Guiliano has to be done!

Jack pins, smiling to himself as he does so.

One.

Two.

Zach Davis: Blades gets the win.

BUT NO! Guiliano kicks out, and the crowd pops. Jack, for some reason, is unphased by this.

Shannan Lerch: I don't believe it!

Jack kicks at Guiliano a few more times before climbing to the top rope. He looks down at Guiliano before flying off...

Zach Davis: The Aerial Armageddon!

But Guiliano has enough presence of mind to know what's coming and rolls away! Jack hits nothing but mat, and gets to his feet, clutching his stomach. Slickie T is to his feet as well and goes a Superkick!

Shannan Lerch: That's his Omerta move! He's desperate, he needs to get some good offense in!

But Jack ducks it! Jack turns around, ready to attack, but Guiliano is fast and hits ANOTHER Superkick! This one connects!

Zach Davis: There it is!

Guiliano quickly pins Jack, hooking the leg.

ONE!

TWO!

No! Jack gets the arm up!

Shannan Lerch: So close!

Guiliano gets to his feet, and he too begins climbing to the top rope. He gets to the top and jumps off, going for a high risk move and starting to flip a bit..

Zach Davis: This could be it for Blades-

Blades gets his legs up, but Guiliano is able to shift his body so that he avoids them and manages to roll through. Without contact, both men are quickly to their feet. Jack runs at Guiliano with a Clothesline, Guiliano ducks it and rolls Blades up into a pin.

ONE! TWO!

THREE!

Shannan Lerch: WHAT!

The bell rings before anyone even realizes what happened. Jack and Slickie both get to their feet, and the ref raises Slickie T's arm in the air, to a huge ovation from the crowd. Jack simply stares at him.

Zach Davis: This is going to be an explosive situation. I can't believe Jack of Blades has been defeated here tonight...

Slickie T stares back, unsure what Blades is going to do... but he simply smiles. He smiles and rolls out of the ring, walking backwards, staring at Guiliano as he goes.

Shannan Lerch: You never know what's going through that man's mind....

Slickie T shrugs and rolls out, heading to the back, happy with his victory.

Corey Black vs Mikami

The lights go out and Mikami's double-M logo appears on the JumboTron as "The Beast" by Tech N9ne plays, starting at the first chorus. The lights turn back on but are now red, revealing Mikami standing at the top of the ramp. He runs down the ramp, dives into the ring and then jumps back up to his feet.

Zach Davis: Last time these two met in a handicap match, Mikami’s victory was thwarted by outside intervention. He’s obviously wanted Corey Black in the ring for some time now, and tonight’s the night.

Shannan Lerch: That’s right, Zach. And with only a month until...well, whatever fate may be in store for him...we can be assured he’s going to give us his best tonight.

Zach Davis: Yeah, that whole thing did sound rather ominous....

The crowd is buzzing, and a spotlight hits somewhere in the crowd. No music, pyro, video, or anything. Standing there is Corey Black, wearing his hoodie with the hood up. He makes his way through the crowd as they cheer him on. Corey then hops the security barricade and rolls into the ring. He throws the devil horns to the crowd, and they do the same. Corey then sits in a corner, waiting for the match to begin.

Shannan Lerch: And there’s the bell. Black wastes no time, laying into Mikami with a vicious series of punches.

Zach Davis: But Mikami isn’t exactly helpless, here, Shannan. He battles back, forcing Corey to give ground.

Indeed, the tide has already shifted, as Mikami’s steady onslaught sends Black closer to the ropes. But Black nails his opponent with a stiff kick to the midsection that doubles Mikami over. Black sets Mikami up for a fisherman brainbuster, but Mikami comes back with a string of elbow strikes, forcing Black to let go!

Shannan Lerch: That was close! There’s no love lost between these two men, and with the US Title on the line, we’re sure to see even more violence!

Zach Davis: Have you thought about seeking professional help, Shannan? You’re a little twisted.

Shannan Lerch: I think that’s the nicest thing you’ve ever said to me, Zach...

Again the tables have turned, and Mikami has the upper hand once more. He launches himself off the turnbuckle with a moonsault and covers, looking for an early pin. Black kicks out before the ref can start the count, and Mikami gives him room to get back to his feet, grinning maliciously at his opponent.

Refusing to be intimidated, Black goes on the offensive again, attacking with a savage lariat that leaves Mikami looking dazed. Black isn’t done yet, though. He immediately locks in a camel clutch.

Zach Davis: And Mikami’s in real trouble here. This could be it for the US Champion...

Shannan Lerch: No! Come on! Get up, Mikami!

Shannan’s urging is of little use, however. No matter how much Mikami struggles, Black retains his hold. But little by little, Mikami gets his legs under him and manages to escape, staggering away from Black and shaking his head to clear it. All trace of smugness is now gone from his face, replaced by a look of cold, unremitting fury. Black returns his gaze with seeming indifference. Both men charge one another, colliding in the middle of the ring. The crowd seems to lose its collective mind, cheering wildly.

Mikami is to his feet first. He nails Black with a shining apprentice that puts Corey back on the mat.

Zach Davis: Mikami covers!

1 . . .

2 . . .

Thr – NO!

Corey Black with a shoulder up, and Mikami is clearly frustrated now. He pulls Black to his feet and sets him up for a fireman’s carry DDT, but Black counters and hits his Kudome Valentine!

Shannan Lerch: Well that looks like it... Black covers...

1 . . .

2 . . –

Zach Davis: Not this time. Mikami kicks out, but he’s looking worse for the wear here. We may have a new US Champ before the night’s over.

Black eyes the recovering Mikami with something between pity and disgust as he helps his opponent to his feet and promptly whips him into the nearest corner. Black looks to hit a massive dropkick, but Mikami moves out of the way at the last possible second! Mikami starts laying boots to Black while he’s on the ground, using the ropes for leverage, until the ref breaks it up.

Black struggles back to his feet, but Mikami breaks away from the referee and nails an unsuspecting Corey Black with a hurricanrana. Mikami tries for a pin, but Black pushes him off.

Both men on their feet now, and they’re trading punches once again. Mikami dodges a stiff right and retaliates with a kick to the back of Black’s knee, followed by another, forcing Black into a kneeling position on the mat. Mikami backs up several steps and takes a run at Black.

Shannan Lerch: Shining wizard! Corey Black looks to be out cold, and Mikami wastes no time climbing the turnbuckle! This could be it!

Zach Davis: Right you are, Shannan! That’s Mikami’s Hammer of Justice! Mikami with the cover!

1 . . .

2 . . .

3 ! ! !

Shannan Lerch: Mikami wins! He retains the US Title!

The bell rings. Corey Black rolls out of the ring. He looks back up at Mikami, unbelieving of the fact that he lost.

Shannan Lerch: Muahaha! Take THAT, Corey Black!

Black looks very unhappy, not quite believing that he lost. Mikami is still lying on the mat. Black looks around as the fans clap for him, before shaking his head. He walks back up the ramp.

Zach Davis: Wonder what's wrong with Corey Black. Everyone loses now and then, but he doesn't seem too happy about this.

Shannan Lerch: But look in the ring, Mikami isn't moving.

Zach Davis: Mikami is still lying on the mat. Is he injured?

Shannan Lerch: Maybe he's just tired.

The ref goes over to check on him, but Mikami waves him away. He then turns over on his side and signals for someone at ringside to hand him a microphone. After he gets it, he rolls over to lie flat on his back.

Mikami: One down. One to go. I have one more challenge to make.

Pause.

Mikami: Torture.

The crowd explodes.

Zach Davis: He can't be serious.

Shannan Lerch: He is serious, he's just crazy.

Zach Davis: We have a contendership match right after this! He has been here only a couple months, with no prior experience at this level of competition, and he just challenged the World Champion!

Mikami: But I do not need Torture to accept. I can just go over his head. I know that Seth Lerch is not going to want to do me any favors. But his curiosity will get the best of him. He has questions, and I have answers. Answers I will give him if he makes this match. But it would be pushing it to make this for the Title. That is fine. I do not care about the Title. Just give me Torture. Whenever. Wherever. Non-title. No disqualifications.

He rolls out of the ring and returns the microphone before walking to the back.

Zach Davis: Torture in a No DQ match? We've never seen Mikami in that kind of environment.

Shannan Lerch: And Torture's not going to be happy about getting beat up before his World Title defense at Blast.

Jack of Blades Segment

Zach Davis: And now we are going to go backstage where apparently Zach Davis has caught up with Jack of Blades after his defeat to Slickie T.

True to Zach’s words, the camera cuts to the backstage interview area where Hank Brown is waiting, microphone-in-hand. Beside him to the right stands Jack of Blades, panting and sweaty, smiling his mad rictus smile.

Hank Brown: Thanks Zach. Yes, I’m here with the Bastard Clown himself, Jack of Blades who only half an hour ago suffered a shocking defeat to WCF newcomer, Slickie T. With that being said, Jack, I only have one question: why are you smiling?

Hank pushes the microphone tentatively towards his interviewee. Blades’ grin grows wider at Hank’s question.

Jack of Blades: Why am I smiling? I just found myself a new toy...

Having answered Hank’s question, Blades brushes past the microphone to some unknown destination off-camera. Hank takes a few moments to lament the celerity with which Jack conducted the interview before facing the camera dead-on.

Hank Brown: Cryptic words from Jack of Blades there but words that probably hold dear meaning for Slickie T. Zach, Shannan, back to you.

World Title Contendership
Ryan Daniels vs Dake Ken vs Logan vs Tank Reaper
Special Guest Referee: Gravedigger

Zach Davis: And now for our contendership match. This is going to be interesting.

Shannan Lerch: To say the least. Introducing first, our special guest referee... Gravedigger.

"Dig" by Mudvayne hits the speakers. The curtains part and out walks Gravedigger, wearing a ref shirt. Gravedigger stands at the top of the ramp and soaks in the jeers from the crowd. He grins as he walks down the ramp, feeling the electricity from the crowd. Gravedigger walks up the ring steps and into the ring. Gravedigger walks to each corner and stands on the middle turnbuckle, taunting the crowd from each one.

Zach Davis: Next up: "The Broken" Ryan Daniels.

Voice: Welcome to Hollywood, may all your dreams come true

The suspenceful tone of the intro plays as the violins set the lets to flicker red.

"WE MUST SURVIVE!"

Guitars hits and the crowd is on their feet and pyro rains down on the entrance ramp and Ryan Daniels emerges from the back with a random T-shirt on he stands underneath the pyro, his head bowed as the intro continues to play. After it finishes the pyro stops and Ryan walks down the ramp

This is a wake up call
To all who their eyes
This is our hope,
Hopeless beaten strife

HE stops at the middle and starts to hop up and down, getting himself hyped up and ready for his match.

You kill the messenger not to hear it
It doesn't mean it never happened
It doesn't mean it never happened

He runs up the ring steps and slingshots into the ring. HE runs up the turnbuckles and stop, one foot on the top buckle and the other on the second he points out tot he crowd, mouthing the chorus to the song.

"This is our mission
statement to go show the world
GO SHOW THE WORLD
We must survive"

HE hops off the turnbuckle and removes his shirt as the music starts to fade out.

Shannan Lerch: And next, Dake Ken.

"Bow Down" by Born of Osiris hits on the PA system. The lights dim down as the guitars and drums hit as spot lights focus on the curtain. Dake pops out from behind the curtain with both arms raised. He pauses for a moment and looks around the arena, soaking in the fan reaction, before lowering his arms and starting down the ramp. He slaps a few fans' hands as he makes his way to the ring. He walks over to the steps and quickly walks up them. He plays to the crowd a bit before stepping into the ring and making his way to the far turnbuckle. He hops up onto the second rope and poses to the crowd.

Zach Davis: Dake may want the World Title shot more than anyone in this match.

Shannan Lerch: More than anyone besides the next man entering... Logan!

A drum beat rolls, it rolls, it rolls, it beats and echoes dying to make the fans ears bleed. Say Anything "Chia-Like, I Shall Grow" BLASTS the speakers. The crowd explode cheering the bastard they love to hate, the Face of Treachery, Logan. He pops out from behind the black curtains marching down the ramp threatening to slap fans on his way, climbing up the ring steps, hopping into the ring, spitting glomps of salvia out into the crowd. Logan climbs the turnbuckle slapping his chest, taunting the crowd, talking generic shit. He then hops off and paces around the ring till his music cuts.

Zach Davis: And lastly.. Shannan, keep your pants on.. Tank Reaper!

Shannan Lerch: I only take my pants off for Logan - wait what.

Fireworks explode on the ramp, and everyone quickly turns their attention to it. Sympathy by Non Divine hits the speakers and the crowd goes nuts. Tank Reaper walks slowly out on the stage putting both arms in the air ala Stone Cold Steve Austin. The crowd again reaches their feet and cheers for their new favorite wrestler. Tank walks down the ramp pointing to his opponent in the ring and then pointing to the crowd for the approval of his fan base. Tank reaches the ring, where he pulls himself up onto the apron, and then steps his seven foot body over the ropes. Flashbulbs light from every which direction for the simple fact that Tank is one hell of an athlete to look at. Tank taunts one more time in the center of the ring for good measure. Fireworks explode off the ring posts and Tank's music stops.

Zach Davis: This is going to be explosive.

The bell rings. Gravedigger steps back, waiting for the action to take its course. Dake Ken and Logan meet each other on a collision course, hitting each other with several blows, flurry after flurry of fists. Reaper and Daniels realize that this leaves them up against one another and tie up in the middle. Reaper, of course, gets the advantage early on due to his size; he shoves Daniels into the turnbuckle and starts stomping a mudhole into him. Meanwhile, Logan and Dake's brawl has spilled to the outside. Logan has Dake up against the guardrail and hits a knife edge chop, causing the crowd to, of course, WHOOO!

Shannan Lerch: Good old Ric Flair chops.

Gravedigger turns his attention towards Dake and Logan, and starts counting them out. Fast.

Gravedigger: One,two,three,four,five,six,seven..

Logan looks up and notices, cursing to himself. He quickly slides back into the ring and yells at Gravedigger to continue the count, and count Dake Ken out. Gravedigger smirks and refuses to do so.

Zach Davis: I don't think anyone really expected Gravedigger to be impartial here. He dislikes both Dake Ken and Logan, for sure, though I think he REALLY wants to get under Logan's skin.

While Logan is arguing with Gravedigger, Dake trips him from the outside. Dake climbs up to the apron and hits a Slingshot Elbow Drop. Meanwhile, Tank Reaper has lifted Ryan Daniels up onto the turnbuckle. He's trying to hit some power move, but Daniels keeps punching him away. Reaper backs up and runs at him, but Daniels gets the leg up, kicking Reaper right in the face! Reaper bounces back and Daniels flies off the top with a Missile Dropkick, sending Tank Reaper down to the mat. Daniels then gets Tank Reaper into a Cross Armbar submission.

Shannan Lerch: Very nice submission move. If Tank Reaper decides to tap out, Ryan Daniels is our new number one contender.

Dake Ken sees whats going on, and quickly runs and stomps off Daniels, breaking it up. Having turned his attention away from Logan, Logan has the opportunity to run up to Ken and grab him from behind... Logan grabs him and hits a German Suplex!

Zach Davis: Uh oh! This isn't good for Dake Ken!

Logan keeps the move locked in. He lifts Dake up, and then BAM, another German Suplex! And of course, he keeps it locked in and gets to his feet one more time... BAM! German Suplex, and into a bridge pin!

Shannan Lerch: LOGAN HAS IT WON!

Gravedigger, to his credit, makes the count.

One.

Two.

No, Tank Reaper now breaks it up.

Zach Davis: Close.

Tank picks Logan up and quickly kicks him in the gut. Logan doubles over, and Tank quickly picks him up for a Powerbomb!

Shannan Lerch: NO LOGAN NOOOO!

Logan is up and hits several punches to Tank! Logan slips behind Logan and grapples him, trying to hit another German, but Tank is to big. Tank turns around and grabs Logan by the throat and hits a Chokeslam Toss, throwing him into the turnbuckle! He then turns to Shannan Lerch and blows her a kiss.

Shannan Lerch: Ew... gross...

Zach Davis: You just say that because Logan would be mad if you said anything else on air.

Shannan Lerch: Shut up, Zach.

Dake Ken comes from behind, hitting a few stiff shots to Tank. Tank turns around and Dake tells him to bring it. Tank runs at Dake, who hits an Arm Drag. Tank gets back to his feet, Dake hits another Arm Drag. Tank gets back to his feet. Daniels is nearby, nods at Dake, and both men hit Dropkicks in stereo! AND STILL, Tank gets back up!

Zach Davis: What do these men have to do to keep Tank Reaper down?

Dake sighs and throws Tank to the ropes. As Tank comes back, Dake summons all the strength he has and lifts him up, Ryan Daniels takes his que and hits a Cutter type move.. essentially hitting a 3D!

Shannan Lerch: Ryan Daniels and Dake Ken hit a 3D to Tank Reaper! Incredible!

Zach Davis: If you're going to take a guy down with a tag team move, might as well use the best tag team move you possibly can!

Tank hits the mat hard and rolls out of the ring. Dake Ken has lost a lot of energy after lifting the big man up, and Ryan Daniels uses this to his advantage. He runs up behind Dake Ken and hits a Lungblower!

Shannan Lerch: Lungblower aka Backstabber!

Dake goes down and Daniels gets to his feet... and is immediately Clotheslined out of the ring by Logan! Logan turns to Dake, and waits for him to get to his feet.

Zach Davis: Eh oh, what does Logan have planned?

Logan watches, measuring Dake up. Dake stumbles to his feet... LOGAN HITS THE IMPACT STYLE! Dake goes back down to the mat and Logan pins, hooking the leg!

ONE!

TWO!

...

Shannan Lerch: GRAVEDIGGER MAKE THE COUNT! YOU ASSHOLE JSALKJSDLFKJSDKLFJSE!~!!

Indeed, Gravedigger isn't dropping his hand for the three count. Logan gets up, pissed. Gravedigger points, indicating that Dake's foot was under the ropes. Logan doesn't care and goes to Clothesline Gravedigger, but Gravedigger ducks it, and in one fluid motion picks Logan up and hits the Death Driver!

Shannan Lerch: GRAVEDIGGER NO!~~!!!~

Dake Ken has stumbled to his feet, half aware of what is going on. Logan, too, has stumbled to his feet. Dake and Logan are back to back, both men turn... Dake catches Logan with a Bitch Kick!!

Zach Davis: This could be Dake Ken's opportunity!!

But no, Tank Reaper and Ryan Daniels are both back in the ring! They run at Dake Ken, full force. Dake Ken ducks, and both men headbutt each other! Ryan Daniels flies out of the ring, Dake Ken turns to Tank Reaper and hits his patented Uranage Slam!

Shannan Lerch: No, no, no...

Dake Ken pins Tank, and Gravedigger drops to count.

One.

Two.

Gravedigger turns his head to Logan, smiling, not even watching Dake or Tank as he slams his hand down...

Three.

Zach Davis: Dake Ken wins! Dake Ken is the number one contender for the WCF World Title!

The bell rings, and Dake Ken rests on the mat, taking it all in, victorious.

Shannan Lerch: Guess that means Dake Ken up against Torture at Blast! What a main event...

Zach Davis: Dake has finally earned his chance at the WCF World Title.

Gravedigger smiles and kicks Logan a few times just to get his point across before leaving the ring.

Shannan Lerch: Logan is NOT going to be happy.

Logan slowly becomes conscious again, and realizes what happened. He slides out of the ring, running to the back, chasing Gravedigger.

Zach Davis: Aanndd there goes Logan.

Ryan Daniels and Tank Reaper are making their way to the back. Dake Ken is to his feet, and getting a big ovation from the crowd.

Shannan Lerch: Eh, Logan should've won but...

And all of a sudden, from out of the crowd comes JOHNNY REB. Reb has a chair in hand, slides in behind Dake Ken and hits him square in the back of the head!

Zach Davis: JOHNNY REB! AN ATTACK BY JOHNNY REB!

Shannan Lerch: What is HE doing out here already!?

Reb slams a steel chair down against Dake Ken several times! Eventually Dake Ken is able to roll out of the ring, and Reb simply smiles. Reb turns to the crowd and motions at his waist, motioning that the World Title belongs there.

Zach Davis: Earlier tonight we saw Reb get denied another World Title shot, and now he's attacked the true number one contender.

Reb grabs a mic from ringside.

Johnny Reb: As far as I'm concerned, I've just proved that I'm the only TRUE contender to the WCF World Title there is!

The crowd boos.

Johnny Reb: And now I set my sights on the GWC World Title, proving to EVERYONE that I'm the one that deserves the shot against Torture. Torture, get out here, RIGHT NOW!

The crowd awaits....

GWC World Title Match
Johnny Reb vs Torture

...And Reb awaits as well.

Zach Davis: A ladder match to officially announce the retirement of the GWC World Title.

Shannan Lerch: That Danny Vice was something special.

The lights go out in the arena as the crowd begins to emit electricity from their anticipation. The opening notes of "Map of the Problematique" by Muse hits the speakers to a huge ovation from the crowd.

Zach Davis: WAIT! YES! YES!

Shannan Lerch: Is that who I think it is!

Zach Davis: IT IS DANNY VICE!

A shadow stands at the top of the ramp with all the smoke. It clears. The crowd goes from cheering to hardcore boos. Torture stands a top the ramp with the WCF World Title around his waist and the GWC title over his head clenched in his hands. Taunting like a rude bitch, Torture struts down the ramp and isle way and slides inside the ring. The ref takes the GWC title and hooks it to the cable hanging down. The cable goes up to the amount of feet it is in the air and the ref asks Dixie to leave the ring for the starting of the match.

Zach Davis: Ugh, Torture is just trying to piss everyone off as of late.

Shannan Lerch: The Icon-Killer is surly up to no good.

The men tie up in the middle of the ring but Reb just throws Torture right over the top rope. He motions to Dixie to hurry up with the ladder. She slides it in and Reb grabs it and sets it up in the middle of the ring. Torture slides back into the ring and Reb throws Torture through the ropes on the other side of the ring. Reb climbs up the ladder fast. Torture notices Dixie. He stands up and slowly walks over to her. The crowd begins to boo. Torture slowly steps towards Dixie getting closer and closer and then grabs her by the hair as she tries to leave the ringside up the ramp. Reb clotheslines Torture from behind! Reb begins a beatdown on Torture. Dixie walks up the ramp leaving the carnage behind. Reb picks up Torture and hits a stiff snap-suplex! Reb gets up and kicks at Tort before picking him up again and giving him one more snap suplex for good measure.

Zach Davis: Reb wants to make sure Torture feels the wrath, and to never mock GWC again.

Shannn Lerch: For sure.

Reb stands to his feet and picks up Torture by the head before throwing him at the guardrail! The crowd tries to get their shots in but WCF Security won't let em'. Reb takes Torture from there and throws him in to the other guardrail on the other side. They walk up the ramp, and Reb hits a stiff DDT on the cold metal. Reb taunts! Johnny now notices a few tables off the side of the stage area about 10 feet below. He picks up Torture and walks him over to it. Reb goes to throw Torture off but Tort fights out of it going for a clothesline, but Reb ducks, and then floats to the position to hit a Russian-leg-sweep! Reb rolls to his feet and waits for Torture to get up.

Zach Davis: Torture may go falling back on to those tables!

Shannan Lerch: Reb is sizing him up!

Reb runs at Torture who just go to his feet to clothesline him off the stage when Torture just grabs Reb by the head and tosses REB right off the stage.. Reb goes flying through the air, crashes into three tables all sitting around and slides off the tables with such speed and crashes into electrical boxes and the works. Reb lays motionless with all the carnage. Torture stumbles around before landing on one knee to catch his breath.

Zach Davis: MY GAWD REB MUST BE BROKEN IN HALF!

Shannan Lerch: High risk did not pay off for Reb. I hope he's okay.

Torture with his hands on his hips already tired walks slowly down the ramp towards the ring. He motions to the crowd the match is over. Torture slides into the ring and sets up the ladder in the middle of the ring. Torture smiles and climbs up the ladder. Torture gets to the second-to-the-top rung and notices Reb springboarding to the top rope and then leaping to the top of the ladder! Reb begins a flurry of right punches on Torture! Torture falls off the ladder and lands on the top rope chest first, but he rebounds backwards and stumbles into the ladder causing Reb to fall off the ladder on to the ropes which he rebounds off and stumbles backwards in to Torture who locks on the TORTURES DEVICE! Reb quickly turns out of it but locking on Torture for a DDT. Torture then flips Reb over like a front flip, but Reb lands on his feet on the apron of the ring over the top rope. Torture tries to walk away thinking he got the best of Reb when Reb reaches out and grabs Torture by the head and pulls Tort to him.

Zach Davis: He's going for a suplex! Reb is going to suplex Torture to the outside?!?

Reb lifts Torture up but Tort kicks in the air to land back down in the ring. Tort lifts Reb over the top rope but Reb lands on his feet behind Torture. Reb grabs Torture and quickly german suplexes Torture right on the back of his head RIGHT on the ladder!

Shannan Lerch: Oh! Torture might be done for!

Zach Davis: Reb is taking his time! He needs to get that title!

Reb stands up and grabs the ladder and gives a shot to Tortures body with it. He stands the ladder up and Torture rolls over to grab the ladder but he has no strength. Reb walks over to Torture and throws him in the corner and begins another flurry or right and left punches. Torture breaks away and stumbles out of the corner but in desperation he throws the ladder back at Reb who doesn't know it's coming, and 'whack'. Ladder to Reb's head. Reb falls back in the corner turnbuckles and Torture stumbles to the mat.

Zach Davis: Torture finding ways to fight off Reb.

Torture stands up and walks over to Reb and puts him in position for a power bomb. Torture picks up Reb and he power bombs him back/neck first in the corner! Reb hits the corner, then sits out on the mat. Torture gives a stiff kick to the face of Reb before turning around and finding the ladder to set it up. Torture climbs up the ladder but Reb pushes it over causing Torture to not just fall down, but fall down OVER the top rope and crash to the mats below and falling in to the guardrail. Reb notices the ladder is broken though because of the use of it so he just throws it out of the ring. Reb slides out where Torture lay and picks him up. Reb hits a spinning neck breaker and then rises to his feet to look for another ladder under the ring.

Shannan Lerch: There has to be one under the ring!

Sure enough there is. Reb pulls it out and slides it inside the ring. Reb slides in after it as Torture gets to his feet and rolls himself in. Reb climbs up but Torture climbs up behind him and locks on the Tortures Device. The crowd goes nuts and Torture rolls/flips off the ladder taking Reb with him, landing a Tortures Device off the ladder on the ring below! Both men sell the landing.

Zach Davis: Torture is NOW back in charge of this match damn it!

Tort stands to his feet but not exactly all there and he moves the ladder under the GWC title hanging in the air. Torture climbs up the ladder again and the crowd goes wild because Dixie is making her way down the ramp with a chair in her hand. The crowd is cheering as Torture is nearing the top. Dixie slides inside of the ring and drops the chair and climbs up the ladder.

Zach Davis: DIXIE IS CRAZY! DON'T DO IT!

Torture gets slapped on top of the ladder right in the face. The crowd goes nuts. Torture wipes his now bloody lip. He looks at the blood in his hand and looks right at Dixie who looks like she probably made a mistake. Dixie is scared.

Shannan Lerch: Oh damn it.

Torture grabs her face with his left hand and brings her up to his level. Torture smiles like a sadistic son of a bitch and shoves her off the ladder! Dixie falls to the mat.. but.. Johnny Reb catches her and in one swift motion he catches her, lets her down, leaps to the third rung with a chair in his hand and nails a chair over Tortures head! Torture falls like a bomb right off the ladder to the mat below! Reb fixes the ladder and climbs up.

Zach Davis: DO IT! DO IT! YES! YES!

Johnny Reb reaches up and unhinges the GWC title and brings it down as Bad Company pours over the crowds reaction. Reb jumps down and celebrates with Dixie while holding the GWC title over his head! Torture just lays in the ring. Dixie and Reb leave the ring celebrating holding the title over his head. All of a sudden a man goes flying by Reb and Dixie and slides into the ring.

Shannan Lerch: Who the hell is that?

Zach Davis: DAKE KEN! IT'S DAKE KEN!

Dake slides into the ring and kneels over Tortures lifeless body and begins punching into his head. Right after right after right after right after right after right after right after right after right. Torture is now cut open and blood is pouring out onto the mat.

Shannan Lerch: Why isn't Dake going after Johnny Reb?!

Zach Davis: One, Dake might've just gotten ready to get out here... and two, Dake has more important things to deal with. Johnny Reb doesn't have a Title shot, and Torture is the World Champion. Dake's beef is with Torture.

Dake throws the ladder out of the ring and takes his shirt off. Dake stands Torture up and hits the Uranage Slam! Torture is out cold and Dake stands over Torture and the crowd doesn't know what to think anymore. Reb begins to get frustrated and looks at Dake. Torture is out cold. Dake Ken slowly smiles and turns towards Johnny Reb. The two lock eyes.

Shannan Lerch: I think by ignoring Johnny Reb, Dake Ken is insulting him even more than he would by attacking him...

Zach Davis: (very quietly) Fans.. we're out of time.. We have to go.

The WCF logo appears as Dake Ken smiles at Reb who is now about to blow a gasket. Reb begins to shake with rage and anger and Dake Ken begins to laugh. Torture is still out cold. Slam is over.
